Works really well after I figured out how to run it. Really pretty simple. I did text tech support on a couple of questions and they got back to me very quickly. It's now doing what it's susposed to do for the past week and a half without any hickups. Haven't needed to use the mop option yet so I can't give any feedback on that. Otherwise we are very pleased with the Dustin. I would recommend it. We did purchase it when Sam's had it on sale which was another bonus.

My husband and I call Dustin, Mr. Clean and he really lives up to his name! The Medium suction level works extremely well in sucking up the dog hair from our Shepherd-Lab. We haven't used the Mopping option, but will do so in the near future. Dustin, aka Mr. Clean, is very efficient, fast and navigates the different rooms with ease.

I like the both the vacuum and mop features. It does a great job on both carpet and hard floors. The battery lasts a long time and saves me time when it comes to cleaning my floors. I really appreciate my great helper. So you just sit and relax and you let your helper do the work.

We LOVE DUSTIN, although we have renamed him Alice, like the Brady Bunch Housekeeper.  Anyway! After a learning curve, I have scheduled Alice (Dustin) to vacuum our home 3 times a week. that way She doesn't have to work as hard (like me) while cleaning.  We have a cat that is very curious about the new family member.  Alice gets all the fur and when our kitty tracks litter, i can even spot clean between vacuums.  I also love the fact that even when I 'm at work, i can see on the vacuum days where Alice is and the history of cleaning, i like that there is a trouble log so I know where Alice is if she gets into trouble.  I had her vacuum our closet (she CAN see through walls and knew there was another place that needed cleaning)  I'm glad that i made the robot leap. We are very pleased with this purchase. So far we have only used the vacuum and not the mop, but the vacuum is working very well. The amount of hair that he's picked up that our previous vacuum didn't get is amazing and a little disconcerting LOL. A minor complaint is that I am not notified when Dustin has "trouble" and it sometimes takes awhile for me to notice he stopped running. We've had quite a few as we learn what areas he gets stuck in that we need to make off-limits or rearrange a rug under a cabinet that isn't level (he got in but couldn't get out). Another minor complaint is that when I first open the app sometimes, he forgets there is a map to do a quick clean. I usually go into the map then back out to the quick clean and all is good. Just a bug in the software. Hands down, for the sale price of $200 I paid, this was an excellent purchase.

The Dustin robotic vacuum is very good. Its navigation is consistent and reliable. The cleaning performance is impressive at the highest suction setting, with no issues in my small apartment, which has mostly hardwood floors and a few rugs. The emptying process is efficient. I haven't had a chance to try the mopping function yet. The app is relatively good but could use some improvements. Roborock and even iHome offer smoother and more logical interfaces. That said, all the important functions are included. Initially, I had some issues with the scheduling function not working, but customer support resolved it over the phone. There was practically no waiting time, and the representative was very nice and knowledgeable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I bought the Dustin vacuum by BobSweep, to replace my existing iRobot vacuum which is showing it's age. Feature wise I love the large self emptying canister. It works very well. I have not had a chance to use the mop attachment. There are two areas where the new vac is far superior to the old one: It is much quieter and the navigation system is generations ahead of the old one. The new vacuum uses radar to very quickly map rooms and then rarely runs into things. The old one uses only the touch bar and is constantly banging into walls and furniture. The new technology of Dustin is amazing. It is very powerful and keeps our floors clean even with 4 cats in our house. It had a minor battery issue which was very quickly resolved with their US based customer support - thank you. I would definitely buy this vacuum again.

I purchased Dustin at 8.5 months pregnant. I considered it an early Mother's Day gift to myself. This is my first human baby, but I have 5 fur babies at home. Before Dustin I was vacuuming daily, mopping twice per week, if not more because I prefer my house to give off the appearance and smell that I have no animals and my life is somewhat together. I knew that bringing a child home meant adding a little, if not a lot more chaos to my life, making vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping lower on my to-do list. Today, I am 9 months pregnant (feels like month 247), still waiting for my son to make his appearance, but finding comfort and satisfaction watching Dustin help me enjoy more couch time while I still can. I feel that he has become an invaluable part of the household, and I know once baby arrives, I will have one less task to do. My only complaint is that Dustin does not know how to fold laundry, so if you guys could work on that, I'd be absolutely thrilled!

Dustin who we renamed Bobby is the best robot vacuum we have owned. She created a map of our home quickly and I was then able to label the rooms. Next, I set daily schedules and Bobby has done a great job keeping our home clean. We have 3 cats and a Macaw which creates a lot of dust and pet hair. Bobby has had no trouble vacuuming and keeping our home looking good. She also never runs out of charged power when doing her daily job. I like the fact that she is smart and does not just bang around against furniture. She has learned our home and does a nice precise clean. Highly recommend.

We love our Dustin so far! Especially how quiet it is compared to our old robot vacuum. And it is so nice to have it empty itself, especially since we have a Labrador Retriever and a long hair cat…the canister can fill up quick with all that hair! And it is great for a quick mop, not a deep clean, but still nice for those muddy pawprints.
