We named our Dustin “Oz” because my toddler fascinated with the Wiz! So far Oz is doing amazing! We’re working parents of two busy toddlers, and it definitely helps with keeping our first level wood and carpet floors clean. Since Oz has been in action, we’ve managed to keep our floors free of grimy residue and scraps. The way it mapped our first floor is truly impressive. I was skeptical because I wonder if it would map our breakfast room, living room and kitchen separately which is large rectangular space and to my surprise it did. I can let the kids be kids and not stress about finding time to clean the floors. My suggestion would be to add an alert system when the reservoir is out of water when mopping.

We purchased this during the $400 off sale. It is our first try with a robot vacuum. Glad we waited until we were able to find at this price. It works great and adapted to several changes in our floor layouts in his own with no issues. Easy mapping on his own and able to set schedules or clean on demand with no issues. Very happy with this purchase.

Our cabin is getting vacuumed more often with Dustin. The vacuum does a great job mapping the area. We have set a schedule in the app for it to vacuum regularly. It has a brush that pulls debri away from the walls. It can also clean under furniture where a regular vacuum can not go. We are also enjoying the auto emptying station.

PERFORMANCE This thing works and it works well. By default it's set to an eco mode, which I didn't realize because pretty much 99% of my house was spotless when it was done (not counting unreachable areas). I did end up increasing to medium power, since I own a dog that sheds a lot, which has been working perfectly. The high-power mode is obviously a little better, but it's very loud so in my opinion, not worth the trade-off. PHONE APP The phone app has a ton of features. The robot maps out a very basic layout of your house which you can modify by sectioning off rooms, creating no-sweep/no-mop areas, etc. It's actually weirdly fun to fiddle around with these options, and I was quite surprised to see how accurate the map of my apartment turned out to be. You also get a live view of where the robot is on the map when it's cleaning, so if an error code pops up or it does get stuck somewhere you can easily find it. It's also just cool to watch the vacuum do its thing and then see it's position on the map; I followed it around and easily mapped out the different rooms/areas in my apartment this way. While I do love the app and all the features it provides, it's a little finicky as an actual app. I have the Android version and it's frozen up/crashed a couple of times. But when it works it really does works, the UI is intuitive and it always does communicate my commands to the robot immediately. Still, I hope the app devs iron out the links so it runs better. My partner has the iPhone app and it seems to have the same issues but so far we've mainly used my phone for all of this so I can't really say for sure. MOP ATTACHMENT/PERFORMANCE The mop function is...good. Not as fantastic as the vacuum, but still good. I find that the eco mode for the mop is too weak for my hardwood floors, it leaves some streaks on this setting, but it is great on medium (though some circular streaks are inevitable). Just like with the vacuum, the high-power setting is just too loud, and not that much better performance-wise than simply keeping it on medium. I dislike filling the water chamber with water, it has a very small hole and it's difficult to tell when it's filled to the max, so I always end up overfilling it slightly which is annoying. I wish the chamber were clear-colored to make it more obvious (I also wish the fill hole wasn't like a half-inch wide max in diameter). But the capacity of the very small water tank manages to work for my whole house without issue which is great, I appreciate never having to get up and refill it. The mop pad is easy to clean and the mop attachment comes on and off with a simple click/pull. CONCLUSION This little machine has really dramatically improved my life. It can't do everything of course but it can do much much more than I expected to, and now it only takes me a couple of minutes a day to clean the areas that it can't get to. Highly, highly recommend this thing, one of the best purchases I've ever made.

I bought this after owning 4 different Roombas over the years. This thing is the bomb. I mean it is intelligent and easy to 'train". It mapped my house 2600sf in about 90 minutes. It runs over carpet and over the mud rug in my utility room with not problem. I changed mine to dump twice each cleaning. I have two dogs and one cat and the hair is not even a problem like it was.

We love Dustin. He has made our life so much easier. If we dirty one room, that is all we need to send him to. We love the lines in the carpet where we can see what he did. Dustin has been a life changing alteration and my wife is so happy not having to vacuum every day. It truly is one of the best purchases we have ever made!

Dustin is a wonderful addition to our home! He arrived in such an organized package with instructions that were easy to follow and made for fast setup!!! He is quite a tidy fellow and does not miss anything as he goes throughout the house making certain everything is in tip top shape!

You can schedule the cleaning by opening the app or if you want to clean bec you made a mess just open the app . Great job for this invention. Thank you ☺️

We got a bObsweep we named "Dusty Bob" over Christmas. We connected him to our google mesh and love the self-cleaning and scheduling functions. But we can also just say "hey google, have Dusty Bob clean the floor" and Dusty Bob turns on, cleans the floor and then cleans himself. He will map all the areas you want to clean and can even mop. We have been very impressed to this point.

I love my Dustin. I use it twice a day everyday. It been a game charger when it comes to vacuuming underneath beds and furniture. The mopping feature is also amazing. I do the mopping right after the vacuuming. Thank you for an awesome product. Planning to purchase a second one.
