Dustin is awesome!! Actually life changing. We have 2 dogs and 2 toddlers so the house is a wreck on a daily basis. I run Dustin anywhere from 1-4 times a day! Then at the end of the day when everyone is in bed, I run him again to vacuum and mop. He has only gotten stuck twice and is impressively good at navigating and mapping the house. The house is actually clean on a daily basis now. I love the special features of self-emptying and spot/room clean. Can’t believe I lived without this until now!!l

Bobsweep has changed my life. As a working mom with 3 kiddos and an indoor dog it's so hard to keep up with daily pick ups. In the evenings after dinner I sit down and press start and feel like I can relax knowing a task is being completed. Super thankful for this product! If you are questioning getting it - its totally worth making your life easier.

Well, I don't know if it is to late for this offer- I just got home from vacation yesterday night. If not, here you go. My Dustin, AKA Mr. Belvadere, is my best investment. I have wanted a robotic vacuum for years, but no one ever bought me one. I had been off work for months with my back issues and vacuuming was becoming quite a cumbersome task. I purchased my Dustin because I needed the help. It is absolutely amazing!!! Very easy to set up, and I am not "techy" by any means. He is on a schedule for vacuuming daily in the high traffic areas, the whole house once a week, and mopping once a week. He is easy to maintain- and I do this weekly as well. It is so nice to have a floor that is neat and clean. I can rely on Dustin- dependable, smart, affordable, low maintenance- he has it all.

We absolutely love Dustin! Our previous robot vacuum died and we were so sad until we adopted Dustin! So many new features we didn’t know we were missing! Our old robot wandered around haphazardly, did not have a mapping feature and got stuck all the time. Dustin knows exactly where he’s going on his map and I’ve watched him get himself unstuck multiple times already. I love that I can send him to a certain room or have him spot clean under the babies chair after dinner. So convenient! My mom took one look at him and decided to get herself one too! I have nothing but good things to say about Dustin and have already recommended him to a couple friends as well! Thank you for creating such a wonderful product at an affordable price!

I purchased 2 of these during an awesome sales event at Sam’s and it completely has changed the game for me at my home. We named 1 Theo (because it takes care of the theater) and the other we (renamed) Mai because it takes care of our main floor. Theo does a great job vacuuming on schedule every evening and so far hasn’t missed a beat. However, Mai has had some issues along the way. The mopping feature is something to be desired. It definitely does not take care of the mopping indefinitely, but it is good for “upkeep” only. The bumper on this one constantly has an error, like I have to keep cleaning it for whatever reason. It also caused a rubber marking on my floor, likely from its wheels or whatever is black rubber below it. Either way, I’ll give it a few more tries before requesting assistance from the manufacturer but either way, awesome product!

With already a month of usage, I can say that this robot vacuum is one of the best in the market, if not the best! Easy to setup, the room scanning feature is super accurate, self emptying so no need to worry about that. I love that now I get to spend more time with my loved ones instead of cleaning my floors, Dustin helped me extend the time between deep cleanings. I completely recommend it

Easy way to keep my apartment clean! I have a Doberman and get lots of hair all over the apartment and I can easily schedule a routine to clean twice a day, morning and evening. The mopping option works great, no streaks. The vacuum bag does not need to be replaced as often, I got mine about 3 months ago and have not changed it ever since.

This Dustin is perfect, I’ve owned it for about 6 months now and it’s been a dream. I use it in my basement, where the floor space has constantly changed, replaced a sectional, put up and took down a Christmas tree. The floor mapping software updates and remembers the changes automatically, and makes any necessary adjustments. It cleans and mops very well. I have it set to run twice a week, which is easy to schedule in the bObsweep app. I can’t say enough good things about this vacuum. The price seems a little high, but it does not disappoint, and is worth every penny.

This vacuum is a game changer. Setup was easy and the updates to the software took no time at all. I do pick up small items (toys) off the floor and make sure any shoes with laces are not in the way. I enjoy the enhanced mapping and flow of the vacuum process. It does not bump and bang into furniture or walls like other cheap models. The battery is amazing and can complete my second floor of about 1000sq feet in just over an hour. The dust bin is big and captures so much pet hair and dirt. On occasion when there is heavy traffic I will pause the vacuum and empty the bin manually then restart it to finish. I am not sure that is necessary but I am a clean freak and it makes me happy. So far so good. The noise is less than a normal vacuum which makes me happy. This has given back hours to my life and allows me to vacuum daily with minimal effort. I like the phone app and the controls it offers. The enhanced map within the app is nice and allows you to follow the vacuum's progress. I enjoy the quick clean and scheduling options. History is available for review. "This Dustin" is what we named it and our bobsweep is always ready to clean. My cons are that it only came with 1 disposable dust bag and when it does empty the dustbin the noise level is loud.

Works really well after I figured out how to run it. Really pretty simple. I did text tech support on a couple of questions and they got back to me very quickly. It's now doing what it's susposed to do for the past week and a half without any hickups. Haven't needed to use the mop option yet so I can't give any feedback on that. Otherwise we are very pleased with the Dustin. I would recommend it. We did purchase it when Sam's had it on sale which was another bonus.
