Dustin who we renamed Bobby is the best robot vacuum we have owned. She created a map of our home quickly and I was then able to label the rooms. Next, I set daily schedules and Bobby has done a great job keeping our home clean. We have 3 cats and a Macaw which creates a lot of dust and pet hair. Bobby has had no trouble vacuuming and keeping our home looking good. She also never runs out of charged power when doing her daily job. I like the fact that she is smart and does not just bang around against furniture. She has learned our home and does a nice precise clean. Highly recommend.

This Dustin vacuum robot is a game changer for me! I've had it for about a month. It was easy to set up and get on-line. I have it scheduled to clean daily. Do you have any idea how great it is to come downstairs and see that the vacuuming is already done?! I loved it so much I bought a second one! When I set up the second one on another floor, I confused myself on the name. So, I called Customer Service at BobSweep. I spoke with Daniel. What a pleasant and knowledgeable guy he was! He got me on the right track in about 5 minutes! Both bots are doing great! Highly recommend!

I bought this in July, and I have been amazed with how smart this vacuum is and the flexibility with scheduling, room labeling and creating no sweep zones. The Wi-Fi module went bad after about a month, but customer service sent us a whole new unit immediately. Now that is great service!

I bought this a few weeks ago because it was on sale and so far, it has been such an amazing purchase. It works so well never gets stuck or lost. We have three young kids that make a mess every day, so I turn it on using my phone/app during the day while everyone is at work and school and its the best. Love coming home to clean floors!

I purchased 2 of these during an awesome sales event at Sam’s and it completely has changed the game for me at my home. We named 1 Theo (because it takes care of the theater) and the other we (renamed) Mai because it takes care of our main floor. Theo does a great job vacuuming on schedule every evening and so far hasn’t missed a beat. However, Mai has had some issues along the way. The mopping feature is something to be desired. It definitely does not take care of the mopping indefinitely, but it is good for “upkeep” only. The bumper on this one constantly has an error, like I have to keep cleaning it for whatever reason. It also caused a rubber marking on my floor, likely from its wheels or whatever is black rubber below it. Either way, I’ll give it a few more tries before requesting assistance from the manufacturer but either way, awesome product!

I had bought BobSweep Dustin and Shark Matrix plus so that I can compare the performance. I believe Dustin beat Shark as below - 1. Dustin has better and accurate mapping compare to Shark 2. Dustin has better software as while cleaning it shows live location of Dustin 3. Dustin reaches hard to reach places (under the furniture) compare to Shark as it has low height 4. Suction is comparable to Shark 5. No sweep and No mop zone are the best features 6. Room clean feature is the best which we always use and spot clean ais efficient. Due to above great features.. Shark went back to the store and Dustin is our best friend forever for vacuuming

Welcome to our family Dustin! Having Dustin warms my heart. He allows me to accomplish other things while Dustin works diligently to keep the floors vacuumed. I use our central vac for the deep vacuums in between Dustin's jobs. What a way to efficiently manage time and multitask. I tell Alexa to start him and away he goes to complete his mission. I am obsessed with keeping my home in order and Dustin saves me time to do other things. We have 2 hounds and it really helps me keep the hair under control. He works methodically, completes his job, returns to his docking station then self empties. I find that compressed air is helpful to keep his filters and "body" dust free. We purchased another one for upstairs after discovering how convenient he is. The app is easy to navigate and helps me monitor his performance so l know if there is an issue like he's stuck, sensors are dusty, etc. The bags are super easy to change. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner!

I Love it! I bought this 2 months ago and I am very happy with it! It is so much better than my old one, which was about 8 years old and did not have many features. I love that this can be stopped and started at any time. It is so thorough and still gets under all my furniture! I love that it empties itself, no more bending down and getting my hands dirty. I named her Cinderella :)

I bought the bobsweep to keep the dog hair and dog biscuit crumbs off the floor. I follow along dusting and do other things. Dustin doesn't let you know when the dog hair is twisted around the brush. I don't notice till hair is being drug around. It doesn't pick up crumbs or tiny pieces of paper. It basically a floor duster. I still go around the house sweeping up dog hair and dog biscuit crumbs. He does map really well and when full goes back to the station to dump and charge.

Dustin is awesome!! Actually life changing. We have 2 dogs and 2 toddlers so the house is a wreck on a daily basis. I run Dustin anywhere from 1-4 times a day! Then at the end of the day when everyone is in bed, I run him again to vacuum and mop. He has only gotten stuck twice and is impressively good at navigating and mapping the house. The house is actually clean on a daily basis now. I love the special features of self-emptying and spot/room clean. Can’t believe I lived without this until now!!l
