My bobsweep(s), and I bought three after the fiest one worked really well. then, over the course of a few months, they started to get dumber and dumber. the machines would constantly get confused

Bobsweep is a great unit it performs as promised. Maps ,vaccums ,and mops wet the mop pad for better performance, but mops good regardless. I'm very satisfied with the product .I will purchase another unit from Sam's club .Completely overwhelmed!!!.

Unit work better than expected! Was worried it wouldn't be able to pickup all the dog fur my husky leaves behind, it picks it all up with ease. Very impressed with it, easy setup and control through the app.

I love "DustyBob". So far it is working like a charm. I really like the ability to guide it where I need it to go. The mop feature is great too. I prefer to have it wet clean each room multiple times (doggies) . I am very pleased.

Very quiet and cleans quickly! The only drawback is the dump at the end of each use is very loud. Definitely want to put the base in a room where the noise won't bother you.

It works great , just turn it up to medium and it picks up alot better . It's easy to modify the map to make off zones where you don't want it to go . This is our first robot vacuum and Dustin is a good choice .

5 months and it quit working. Customer service is a joke. Jumping through hoops to try and get help. Did everything they said and now no response. Zero stars is too much!

Adopting our Dustin was the best investment we made in 2024!  Having a family of 5 and 2 dogs that shed alot, Dustin is my right-hand robot and I absolutely love it!  Would recommend to everyone!

I have had this vacuum about a month now and It is absolutely amazing. So nice being able to put It on a schedule and let It do its things! It has saved me countless hours of time. Thank you so much Dustin!

I’m very happy with my Dustin, does a great job cleaning, haven’t used the mop advantage yet. I still have a lot to learn but am very pleased with it.
