I love my Dustin. I use it twice a day everyday. It been a game charger when it comes to vacuuming underneath beds and furniture. The mopping feature is also amazing. I do the mopping right after the vacuuming. Thank you for an awesome product. Planning to purchase a second one.

Work fine for the first 3 months. After would only go a few inches from charging station. Would self empty for no reason in the middle of the night. After another few months of going back and forth with the manufacturer, and sending it back for further diagnostic for it to sent back with the SAME ISSUE. That was my breaking point and returned it to Sams Club. Do NOT recommend..

I bought this Dustin Bobsweep Robotic Vacuum Cleaner and Mop approximately 3 months ago and its performance has gotten better with each use and the results are evident in its ability to navigate through the first floor household and vacuuming the floors as it transverses through the different rooms and transitioning from tile to carpet and hardwood flooring. It always find its way back to its docking station after a full sweep of several rooms. I am impressed and satisfied with this product and would recommend it.

For years I debated about purchasing a robot vacuum but was put off by the price. When Sam's offered this one at a great price, I figured why not...I could always return it if it was junk. Well...I won't be returning my Dustin!! I love it!!! It does a great job vacuuming my entire 1200 sq ft home and gets into places I just can't each and every time it is on the job. Easy to set up and I like I can schedule Dustin to run each week. Had a small problem with a side brush and customer service as been outstanding. This ranks in my top ten best things I ever purchased :)

I bought this online less than a month ago, it worked once, then disconnected to internet. I connected it twice and it keeps disconnecting. When I push the "go" button, it won't go at all. So it won't work online or offline. I contacted bobsweep support, followed their suggestions and still didn't work. I've spent a lot of time working with this vacuum. I'm at my wits end and am returning it to Sam's tomorrow. I wanted to order another but of course the discount $$ is now off.

Dustin is adjusting well to his new home. He has access to 3 levels and is showing us everything he can do with his unique skill set.  He is so smart and does a great job of keeping to himself! He also picks up around the house to give his new parents more time to focus on their 3 dogs and 2 kids! We love our Dustin!

I've been using Dustin for approx. a month and a half and I have been completely impressed with how well it cleans. The mapping feature automatically maps out the landscape of the house in minutes. From there, you can customize the map into separate rooms, allowing you to set up unique schedules for specific areas of your home. I can't believe I waited this long to get on the Robovac bandwagon!

I love our 'Dusty' as we call him. He works beautifully on both our tiles and rugs. He swept and mapped our entire house in a little over 2 hours. Now I can program when and what he sweeps on my phone app. I haven't tried his mopping yet but love watching him work so I don't have to !

With already a month of usage, I can say that this robot vacuum is one of the best in the market, if not the best! Easy to setup, the room scanning feature is super accurate, self emptying so no need to worry about that. I love that now I get to spend more time with my loved ones instead of cleaning my floors, Dustin helped me extend the time between deep cleanings. I completely recommend it!

I bought bObsweep like a a month ago can’t be more happy with it. I haven’t tried the moping and probably won’t use that function, but the sweeping is great. My floors with three kids stay cleaner now with the help of Dustin. It cleans under the beds and I don’t know how it gets under my table with all the chairs in but I don’t have to move anything. He does clean my carpets too, just pick up the shower ones that are a little ticker. So far I love my Dustin!!!
