This is the first time for my family to use robot vacuum and mop and my family was surprised by several things. First, the software was remarkable. It finds his home no matter where he is. It modified map whenever it runs and shows error messages. It knows where he mopped and not, and finished his work. With map, I can select where he cleans. One thing he couldn't do is I can't order the level which rooms it cleans first and last. Second, physically it cleans well. After finishing his work, my wood floor is shining without dust. So my family Dustin's name is Smarter. Thank you for doing all works for this accomplishment.

Dustin , excellent performance in vacuuming, he was able to reach places I could not. Very happy with Dustin, I have not use mopping feature at this time . I still have to work out connection issues on app my dual 5g router. I enjoyed Dustin marketing birth announcement/ adoption. Satisfied customer

I Bought this robot vacuum about a month ago and immediately was enamored by his intuition and efficiency. We named him, Tito. Tito has displayed a great way to clean our brand new house. I had a roomba and after a year it worked on and off- it was pretty much a defected item I would say- so f60.00ar I like how quiet this one is >I have not been able to empty my vacuum bag as of yet and I have not used the mop feature due to my area rugs but I went 🙃 based on reviews- it is loud once it is done and it empties itself- I like the map feature and hopefully this one will last me! We have 3 dogs and one of them is a Golden Retriever and they tend to shed more than what I am use to so I need the extra help for a nice clean home-will see! Thank you for all that wrote a review!

I bought this a year agao and am so happy I did! Dustin is very effiecient and navigates very well in my house. Recently, had an issue with Dustin connecting to WIFI so sent it in for service. Dustin came back better than ever! Great customer service.

Works great with one minor exception. About 15% of the time it will get confused about the map, causing it to try to get to a imaginary area. I usually just delete the map and have it remap on the run. My expectations are tempered by the fact that I did catch this on a deep discount from the normal price. I used to have two units that were the "bump around until the battery is low" so Dustin very advanced compared to those.

Dustin (renamed her Cindy) is an absolute dream! She has the entire house mapped out to a T, knows how to put herself back on her landing pad, and does a thorough once over whenever I need. I love all of the features yet they are simple enough for anyone to use. The app is my favorite part. 10/10 and would definitely get two if I had a two story home.

My mother had a triple bypass surgery in Dec 2022. She was still able to do light household tasks. She had a pacemaker installed on Monday and from a distance, I knew I had to take immediate action to make her life better, especially knowing she would have difficulty cleaning her floors. I got her Dustin, and I haven't heard her this happy in years! She says it's like having a pet that cleans, and she doesn't have to feed it! Worth every penny and then some!

I have to say this is the absolute best robotic vacuum I've owned, and I've even tried several of the more expensive ones. This vac creates a detailed map of your floors, and cleans every accessible square inch of your home. You can even click on the map to see where it is in real time. You can name each area and mark any areas you do not want vacuumed I have vinyl plank flooring with area rugs and cowhide rugs throughout. It has not gotten stuck yet, even on rooms with a lip across the threshold. We do have 2 large dogs,German Shepherd & Rottweiler, that are in the home part-time, along with 3 inside cats. I found that if I don't run the vacuum every couple days I will find clumps of fur that have been left behind, but with the amount of fur my pets loose it is understandable. If this happens the clumps are easy to pick up and discard. They do have a vacuum for homes with pets, but this one does the job just fine for me. I just set the vacuum to run at night in the living area as it is super quiet, all the other vacuums we tried would wake us up. The bedrooms I set to run during the day while we are out. So far I'm very pleased with this vaccum.

We have been extremely pleased with Dustin so far. His suction power is impressive, much better than the vacuum we replaced. He is also super quiet. Additionally, it is such a treat not to have to empty the dust bin each time. However, what really impressed us the most is when Dustin mopped and vacuumed AT THE SAME TIME. He really did a great job mopping, too...no streaks. We are overjoyed to have Dustin in our home!
