Ive had my BobSweep Dustin for about two weeks now. He was very simple to set up and get going. It took a couple days to get him properly mapped and get those no-go areas set as he would get under couches easily but get stuck trying to come back out because our area rug goes partially under the furniture and was just thick enough to trap him. No big deal. I let him vacuum once each day but have not mopped yet. He's doing very well considering I have 2 dogs who shed! He even swept up a decent size screw! Not sure where that came from. I'm very pleased so far because I've recently had hand surgery and he is taking a chore off of me that I was very much struggling to keep up with.

I previously owned a iRobot Roomba. I liked it until after many years of having it, it stopped working properly. I saw this Dustin on the Deal of the Day at great price and thought I would give it a try. I just received it about a month ago. But I can tell, it's a unit I will truly enjoy. I don't have pets. But I do have 3 young children. And boy can they make a mess! Anyways, Dustin is making his way around the house nicely. I don't have stairs. So that's a plus with not having to set edge detection. I love the way it maps out the house. It's pretty accurate. And it's much quieter than my Roomba. Another plus. It picks up pretty good also. But I think the thing I like most is, when it gets stuck somewhere, (which isn't often), I can look at the map and know exactly where it is. With my Roomba, we would have to hunt from room to room. Or wait for it to speak. This unit is a half an inch or so lower, so I don't have this problem too often. I haven't used the mopping feature. I really don't think I will. But that's just me.

I am so glad I bought this! I love seeing clean floors every day without having to drag out the heavy vacuum cleaner which hurts my shoulder. When my internet service drops unexpectedly, Dustin sometimes gets confused so I have to erase the map and have him remap but that is easy enough to do that it isn't a problem.

I have been using Dustin for a few weeks now, and I'm very happy with his performance and cleaning capabilities. Dustin starts out every morning at 8 AM cleaning the main floor of my house. He does a great job picking up tiny crumbs, while also staying on top of my golden retrievers hair. I also love to use the mop functionality once a week to do my tile floors. Dustin has been a great time saver not requiring me to have to sweep on a regular basis.

I just order a second unit for my second home. The first time Dustin vacuum the house we were surprise of how much stuff he picked up. Our sweeping and mopping has decreased since Dustin is around. No problems with setup and does an accurate job at Mapping the house.

Dustin is meeting my expectations and more! I am satisfied with my purchase and the excellent job the Dustin does in keeping my floors clean. I have taken full advantage of the scheduling and mapping program and run the Dustin 2-3 times a week. Thus far, the Dustin has met my automated vacuuming needs. As far as maintenance, I already completed it for the first time last week and found it to be an easy task. The only feature I haven’t tried yet is the mopping. I will most likely try it in the next weeks. I recommend the Bobsweep Dustin to others. Thank you, Tom Thomas Jarosz

I recently purchased a Dustin to upgrade my cleaning system, I am so impressed with its performance and ease of operation. I had a bobsweep pet model with dual brushes before, but the container had to be emptied after ever use and the charge would go out before it was done and have to be recharged before it finished the house. It was very nice, but I wanted one that emptied its-self and one that could finish the house in one charge. I'm very pleased with the Dustin and highly recommend it.

I waited a long time before deciding on a robot vacuum. When this one with vacuuming and mopping capabilities went on an incredible sale I had to make the jump for it. We haven't looked back since as it's been great running it almost nightly for refreshing the floors. Even with two kids running through the house all day, having this to assist with cleanups has greatly helped out around the house. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is on the fence about adding a robot vacuum into their house.

I bought two of these at a great price. I've nicknamed mine "Bob" and he's great at vacuuming and very thorough. It's very quiet except when it empties (which I've heard is common so it's not an issue). I also bought one for my son and daughter-in-law who think it's great ~ their cat enjoys it, too.

Dustin makes life with 4 young children possible! Any time we have guests over, they comment on how clean my floors are, especially for having little kids in the home. I love waking up to clean floors every day and Dustin always does a fantastic job. Add your own Dustin to the family TODAY!
