I bought this 3 months ago and like it very much. I mostly use the vacuum but use the mop feature sometimes. I have it set on a schedule to vacuum a few times a week. It really helps to keep things tracked in from outside and other small particles off the floor in between when I use my bigger floor cleaner. It does a good job and it's satisfying to hear what it has gotten off the floor sucked up when it self-empties. The app is easy to use and you can set it to vacuum where you want and exclude other areas. We purchased it on sale so it was a great deal. We do not regret the purchase since it does help us keep our main living areas cleaner. There are a couple of things we don't like but they would be the same for any robotic vacuum. First, you need to have things somewhat picked up if you want it to do a good job. This is an obvious thing but you have to be mindful of when it will run and prepare accordingly. Second, you need to be aware that some things like cushion mats and certain rugs may need to be moved when it vacuums. We have a couple of thick cushion mats in our kitchen that are against the stove and the sink. If we don't pull them out a bit from the cabinets the vacuum will get stuck there from time to time. Also if you have any rugs or mats that have loose threads these will get caught up in the roller when the vacuum goes over them. These sort of things will prevent the vacuum from finishing it's full cleaning run without you having to intervene. If it gets stuck you just have to correct the problem and turn it back on then it finishes as expected. These are not issues with the vacuum per say but just a reality you would face with any robotic vacuum. I recommend Dustin. One other note, we are empty nesters so kids (small children) messing with it aren't a problem typically but when our grandkids visit we just turn the vacuum off until they leave if it falls on a day it would normally run.

We bought this vacuum back in February and wish we had done it a long time ago. The mapping and scheduling option on the app was very user-friendly. The vacuum does a great job where I am now only using our main sweeper 1-2 days a week to get in the nooks and crannies where Bob can't reach. We love the mopping feature! Just buy it. You won't regret it.

Bob (Dustin) came into our home just a few short weeks ago and we just love him. Of course, Bob does all the work. We just gave him some simple instructions on the app and he whisked his way into our hearts. Bob’s app is easy to install and navigate and lets Bob do all kinds of tasks relating to his main job, vacuuming and keeping our floors and carpets clean. Believe me, Bob knows what he’s doing. He avoids obstacles, stops at predetermined perimeters, and goes about his chore very quietly and then returns to his home on the charger pad. He even empties himself. Bob would make a good house guest for anyone or even a great roommate. One thing about Bob. He always keeps it clean.

The unit works well however the mapping took a long time. The suction power is strong but it is louder than our previous unit. The trade off is worth it. When recharging is needed it finds the base well unlike our previous unit which often got lost and beeped until we found it and brought it back to charge. The spinning crumb catcher tends to fall off easily.

I absolutely love my Dustin by Bob-sweep robot vacuum! We actually bought two, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. We have children, dogs and cats and my home has never been cleaner! I love that I can tap my phone to set Dustin to vacuum while I am working on other things. My only regret is not buying them sooner!

I love my Dustin. I use it twice a day everyday. It been a game charger when it comes to vacuuming underneath beds and furniture. The mopping feature is also amazing. I do the mopping right after the vacuuming. Thank you for an awesome product. Planning to purchase a second one.

I love Dustin and it's my first time to buy a robot vacuum cleaner. It's a perfect hands free robot that vacuums the whole house. Dustin vacuums very thoroughly and goes under the furniture where human beings normally skip vacuuming. Also it picks up my cat's hair pretty well. I set up specific dates and times of the week to vacuum the whole house while I'm at work and it feels good to come home that's vacuumed clean. When Dustin is low on the battery, it automatically goes home to get recharged. Then when it's recharged, it goes back to where he left off and finishes vacuuming the unfinished area and goes back home. I have not vacuumed for over a month since Dustin does a great job and i don't need to vacuum. It's a very smart little thing and it's one of the best items I bought in my life. The only regret is I should have adopted Dustin sooner.

I am so excited with Dustin. I am not able to push a vacuum nor mop the floor. Dustin does it all for me! I have him scheduled for 3 days a week to vacuum and mop. I watch his progress on the app on my phone. I am so grateful to have a clean floor, again. Thanks to Dustin!

I've been using my Bob for several weeks and love it. It's great for picking up crumbs and all the kitty hair that would normally turn into tumble weeds over a course of a few days. The system itself is really quiet. I am surprised how it hasn't lost any of the mapping, and if I do leave a door open, it works it's way in and even does well on carpeted surfaces. Very satisfied overall with the product.

I have been using Dustin for a few weeks now, and I’m very happy with his performance and cleaning capabilities. Dustin starts out every morning at 8 AM cleaning the main floor of my house. He does a great job picking up tiny crumbs, while also staying on top of my golden retrievers hair. I also love to use the mop functionality once a week to do my tile floors. Dustin has been a great time saver not requiring me to have to sweep on a regular basis. I love Dustin!
