[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark MessMaster is a handy little wet/dry vac. It comes with three attachments--a crevice tool, a carpet tool, and a squeegee wet mess tool. It also comes with three 14" extension wands so I can make a really long wand if I want to. The 14.5 ft cord is quite long and allows me to move around a large area, and the sturdy handle on top makes it easy to move the unit around and also functions as a cord wrap. I love that the hose end is designed to be used without an attachment for quick jobs. The suction is very strong, and with the long wand, I can clean under furniture where I can't reach with my other vacuum. The hose, 2 attachments, and the cord all stow on the unit making it very compact. And the dust bin is easy to remove and empty. Also, it can be cleaned by vacuuming up 10 ounces of water--so easy!

I bought this vacuum to use in the Barbershop I work at. It's a wonderful and powerful vacuum. I love that I can put a trash bag in and pull it out when it's full. I have 2 complaints: The hose is way too short, I can barely use the wands. I wish the dustbin was bigger, it's great if your not using a bag in the bin. If you are using a bag, you lose a good amount of usable space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a highly versatile corded wet/dry vacuum. It comes with several different heads that are easily interchangeable. Cleaning the dust bin is also very easy. After I use the vacuum on something wet, I empty the bin and then run a few cups of clean water through the hose with it on top clean the inside of the hose and vacuum. The auction is great too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark MessMaster Portable Wet Dry Vacuum is perfect for what I want to use it for. During real heavy downpours my screened in back porch has gotten at least an inch and a half of water on it and I had to sweep it out with a broom so now with this wet/dry vacuum it will save me so much time and no more worries. It's also great for small cleanups too. It has several accessories included such as a squeegee, a carpet tool, a crevice tool and extension wands. I trust the name Shark because I have several other Shark products and I love them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely no one wants to dig out and lug a heavy shop vac around their home for messes. The Shark MessMaster is the perfect solution to clean up life's messes quickly. I dropped a glass of wine and this guy sucked it all up. Used the Shark on the floor and seats of my car. It has incredible suction for such a small vacuum. The machine is very light weight at a little over 9 pounds, compared to your average shop wet/vac. The handle makes it convenient to grab and go. This home shop vac is very well thought out from the attachment holder to the cord keeper handle. Easily wrap the electric cord around the handle and secure with the fastener on the prong. Even the hose has a clip on the machine to attach. No more kicking parts out of the way. Cleaning was an absolute breeze, my 11 year old dumped the basket and we were back in business. I like that it has the option to use a bag or basket. Basket cleans easily in a dishwasher. It comes with carpet, crevice, and squeegee tools. It also includes an extension wand. I noticed while vacuuming an outdoor rug, this is where the machine fell short. The suction wasn't the same with the extension wand. The wand is bulky and has no where to store on the machine. It seems a bit of an afterthought. The crevice tool did a great job cleaning window tracks, however, I wish the crevice tool was a bit slimmer to fit in really tight spots. The MessMaster is pretty perfect besides these few concerns. I would give 5 stars if the extension wand kept the same suction strength, and it wasn't so cumbersome to put together and store. Wheels would also be a nice upgrade. I definitely recommend it to those looking for a portable wet/dry to leave in the home.

I really dig this little vacuum. It is lightweight so you can carry it around easily. It has excellent suction. I haven't used it to suck up an water yet, I've mostly used it on areas I don't want to use my regular house vacuum on. I have carpet and three dogs, so inevitably little bits of paper, cardboard, toys, etc. wind up in the corners/at the base boards. This vacuum is perfect for picking those up. I have no doubt it will also be excellent on wet areas.

I own a smaller RV where storage space is limited. I tried using a stick vac but it was awkward to use and a pain to switch tools. I found the Shark MessMaster portable wet/dry vacuum while searching for small canister vacuum and thought it might be a good option to try. The features I like the most are the ability to use any type of bag for debris containment, on board tool storage, included attachments that can manage just about anything I encounter on my RV including the extension wands that make this vacuum easy to use as a regular vacuum and the fact that the inch and a half nozzle size is standard and you can add tools from anywhere. No need to be locked in to just Shark attachments. It is not as quiet as a household type vacuum but certainly livable.

We bought the mess master after buying a Shark upright vacuum a few months prior. Both have been amazing and have held up well in the last year and a half. I love this little guy for the bigger messes. I love that you can do wet or dry... or both at the same time. We've even used it outside for some of our projects!

All I can say is, this thing is incredible! Does a great job cleaning out our cars and truck and suck's up pet messes like a champ especially the ones made by our "Giant Dogs", the Newfoundland's. Nothing better to get goober off the ceiling. Needed to clean out the garbage disposal and the power of the suction really impressed me, before I new it, it sucked up a bunch of peppercorns, a penny (grandkids) and about 2.5 cups of water in an instant. Use it in the house, shop, yard, vehicles and pretty much everywhere there is a mess. Very happy we purchased this...
