I love almost everything about this vacuum except for one thing and you folks at stars know exactly what I'm about to say because it's what everyone is complaining about (except for the folks that received a free product for their rave reviews), the HOSE is Way Too Short. Who wants to carry the entire vacuum while you're trying to get in and around tight spots especially in cars. It's so annoying. Even on your website you have a gentleman holding the vacuum while using it. Seriously? I just used it for the first time and it's past the return period otherwise I'd return it for just this one issue. Everyone is complaining about the short hose yet it still exists and ships with the vacuum. I need a longer hose immediately please. I'd like a free one but I'm willing to purchase one if you can please either send me one or tell me the correct one to buy. I would give a 5 star rating if it weren't for the short hose. It defeats the purpose doesn't it when you must hold the vacuum while using it. What sense does that make?
