I bought this because we have a cat that likes to knock drinks over. I've had to clean up my frozen coffee three times now and this is perfect for cleanup. It works well on carpet or wood floors. I like to use the bags so cleaning the machine after is a lot easier. I 100% recommend.

I love how compact it is and has great suction!

I have a great pyrenees and white tumbleweeds are part of daily life. After using a shop vac for cleaning my recent brooder of chicks, then quickly targeting the fluffballs...it was just so fast and easy. I decided I needed something similar for daily cleaning the tumbleweeds. I put it off for almost a month, but glad I finally purchased. It is easy to carry and maneuver around the house with a good length of cord. The extension poles are a must to avoid back pain. Having a small home, I appreciate the compact size.

During real heavy downpours my screened in back porch has gotten at least an inch and a half of water on it and I had to sweep it out with a broom so now with this wet/dry vacuum it will save me so much time and no more worries. It's also great for small cleanups too. It has several accessories included such as a squeegee, a carpet tool, a crevice tool and extension wands. I trust the name Shark because I have several other Shark products and I love them all.

This vacuum is amazing when it comes to cleaning anything in the house, outside and inside vehicles. This vacuum comes with crevice, squeegee and carpet attachments along with 3 added extension wands, 2 small garbage bags and instructions. It also can clean itself, just add a cup of water and it circulates thru the dirt cup and cleans it out. You can also use small garbage in the dirt bin so there is no mess there and just toss the garbage bag away. It has a 15 foot cord, 3 feet of hose and runs on 950 watts. The suction while cleaning is amazing and it doesn't lose any either. I definitely recommend the Shark MessMaster Portable Wet/Dry Vacuum for cleaning all messes whether they are wet or dry, inside or outside!

I own a smaller RV where storage space is limited. I tried using a stick vac but it was awkward to use and a pain to switch tools. I found the Shark MessMaster portable wet/dry vacuum while searching for small canister vacuum and thought it might be a good option to try. The features I like the most are the ability to use any type of bag for debris containment, on board tool storage, included attachments that can manage just about anything I encounter on my RV including the extension wands that make this vacuum easy to use as a regular vacuum and the fact that the inch and a half nozzle size is standard and you can add tools from anywhere. No need to be locked in to just Shark attachments. It is not as quiet as a household type vacuum but certainly livable.

I bought this vacuum to use in the Barbershop I work at. It's a wonderful and powerful vacuum. I love that I can put a trash bag in and pull it out when it's full. I have 2 complaints: The hose is way too short, I can barely use the wands. I wish the dustbin was bigger, it's great if your not using a bag in the bin. If you are using a bag, you lose a good amount of usable space.

Not that great of suction for dry, haven't tried on wet

We bought this after seeing an ad and really liked it to start. The vacuum itself is nice and powerful but the hose that comes with it is an absolute joke! It's just really not practical and I'm disappointed that to get an appropriate size hose, I would have to order separate. And the longer hoses are all in back order. We have pretty much all shark products in this house, but this one has been a disappointment for us. It doesn't take much moving the hose around while vacuuming to cause the unit to tip, which flips something inside affecting the suction. Then I have to turn it off and restart. It's become more of a hassle to use than it's worth.
