We are overjoyed that the search is over. We wanted a deep freezer of this depth and color and every time we found a decently priced one online, it would arrive damaged in transit. We thought we’d never find a quality freezer.

Perfect size as I didn’t want a large freezer plus a chest is more efficient. Purchased stackable baskets online that fit perfectly to keep everything organized

Extremely disappointed. After ordering it was finally delivered 2 weeks after I was told it was going to be delivered. Now to top it off it has dents all over it.

This is a better than advertised item. I bought it six or eight months ago and it works great. I almost never hear it running and it stays frozen solid. Every chest freezer does that right? Two nights ago, my wife went after a Klondike Bar at about 10 pm and left the door to it wide open. No one noticed until about 14 hours later. She called me crying saying all the food was ruined. While we were talking she started poking around in it and nothing had defrosted. Not a single item. I keep pint glasses for my beer in the top and they were still frosted. Even her Klondike bars, right at the top were still frozen solid. All this says to me is that the insulation is top quality and the freezer is strong enough to keep things frozen even without the lid shut. 10 out of 10, I definitly recommend this freezer.

No dents...but for whatever reason, ice accumulates horribly and I don't know how, why or where it comes from. It is almost as if water is pouring in from one corner and almost instantly freezes. The temp doesn't drop, the food is frozen...the seal, seals flush.

Purchased on 9/5. Then allowed the freezer it to sit 8 hours before plugging it in . Plugged it in and turned it on to #7, then allowed it to run 4 hours before transferring my food to the new freezer. 9/7 I went out of state only to return home to a house that smelled like a cemetery 2 weeks later. I'm enraged on top of the smell, I had over $300 worth of food inside of the new freezer.

Excellent choice! We bought this to store half a beef, aka meat yield from a butchered cow, with a hanging weight of 467%23. A bigger cow than typical for sure. So we planned to use this and some space we cleared in our kitchen fridge/freezer. This held all of it, and keeps it frozen rock hard. I love the size! I also appreciate the option to use it as a fridge (once we empty it of frozen food). I am sure the manual defrost will be an issue, but not for us.
