After unpacking my new deep freezer to set it up I noticed it had several dents on the right hand side in the back. This was the first purchase from Sam’s Club that was ever delivered with damage. I am very disappointed that my appliance was damaged.

My worst Sam’s experience

Strongly recommend opening upon delivery. Arrived damaged, Sam’s online-NO HELP. Went to club, told they don’t handle online orders. My case keeps getting closed. Store manager advised to “ find” her for $20 GC. No thanks. Buyer beware. Would be great if arrived as expected.

The freezer is great and exactly what I wanted for physical space. However, prospective purchasers need to note that the size posted in the images is incorrect. It is NOT 32.6 inches long, but closer to 36 inches. Other parts of the listing has sizes that are clearly not for the Frigidaire Gallery freezer at all. I won't mark down the freezer for Sam's misrepresenting the size as that is not what the purpose of this space is intended.
