Pristine out of the box, although I picked up from store myself so I handled with proper care. Great little freezer with enough space for a small family. Deep freeze is a great feature, and maintains proper temp without running too often. Best for the money hands down.

The freezer is great and exactly what I wanted for physical space. However, prospective purchasers need to note that the size posted in the images is incorrect. It is NOT 32.6 inches long, but closer to 36 inches. Other parts of the listing has sizes that are clearly not for the Frigidaire Gallery freezer at all. I won't mark down the freezer for Sam's misrepresenting the size as that is not what the purpose of this space is intended.

My worst Sam’s experience

Strongly recommend opening upon delivery. Arrived damaged, Sam’s online-NO HELP. Went to club, told they don’t handle online orders. My case keeps getting closed. Store manager advised to “ find” her for $20 GC. No thanks. Buyer beware. Would be great if arrived as expected.
