Only had it a few weeks but so far it is working fine.I just wish they would produce these products in the USA..American name like Fridgidaire and made in China..

Nice compact freezer. arrived with many dents. 2 major dents on lid. may have been why the freezer was running constantly. No way to adjust lid for a good seal. I returned it.

Don’t waste your time ordering this freezer!! The packaging is very poor. The first one arrived in a damaged box and the freezer inside was very badly damaged. The replacement freezer was also damaged when received.

Great deep freezer from a great brand. Stays very cold even when it’s hot outside as it is garage ready. It is also very spacious even though it’s only 7 cu ft. 100% would buy again.

A decent freezer for the price. It is small enough that it fit into the back of my Outback (on its side). I waited the 24 hours before plugging it in. It cooled quickly and I haven't heard it make a noise.

I ordered online because I didn't have a way of picking up the freezer myself and Sam's doesn't deliver. It took a week to get it. When the truck arrived on my property I went for my shoes and they spun out of here leaving the freezer in my driveway. I got it in the house, unwrapped it only to find one corner bottom dented inward. A dent in the front. I haven't plugged it in yet due to waiting the 24 hours as I'm sure these guys were not careful with the product. I am frustrated about the whole thing. If I return it, I can't get it the the store and if it doesn't work I still don't have a freezer. I will never order online Sam's again.

Terrible customer service by sams club. I paid to have the freezer delivered July 2nd. The seal around the freezer door is warped allowing air into the freezer constantly causing excessive frost around that corner and the compressor to run more consistently throughout the day because of it. Sams said they wont do anything unless I bring the freezer to the store. Thank you for the "new" defective $200 freezer that you delivered to me Sams Club.

This freezer didn't last a year, then it took almost 3 weeks for the manufacturer to tell me they would only refund $199. And if I want to be refunded the tax reach out to the retailer. Really!!! Of course I want to be refunded my tax. Not only I'm waiting for the $199, now I have to waste gas to go to Sam's to get a refund for tax and not to mention I have to spend money to dump the broken freezer. I wouldn't recommend this freezer to anyone nor would I ever purchase one again, I have never heard of this, I have lost more than the freezer was worth over $300 worth of food wasted, $100. To dump it, this is horrible customer service, they wouldn't replace the lost food

Do not order this product online, pick up order or go to the store due to it been unavailable Sams Club not accurate with inventory they sell this freezer without having it available. Unfortunately I will not be able to try this freezer. Sams club bad customer service.

I love that it can be used as both a fridge and a freezer. It’s definitely worth the money!
