This is a great little freezer, it worked perfectly out of the box. The packaging was well designed, there was no damage whatsoever. Another nice feature is that it can be converted to a refrigerator if wanted. Well worth the great price.

Have only had it for a little while. It was ready to use in only 2 hours on a midrange setting. I don't need "deep freeze", so I'll bet it's great for that too.

Im not a fan of chest freezers but this one works great and keeps everything frozen if i cant find anything.

Really like this freezer. I need ice packs for orthopedic pain and this freezer freezes the ice packs better than our stand up deep freezer

This is a better than advertised item. I bought it six or eight months ago and it works great. I almost never hear it running and it stays frozen solid. Every chest freezer does that right? Two nights ago, my wife went after a Klondike Bar at about 10 pm and left the door to it wide open. No one noticed until about 14 hours later. She called me crying saying all the food was ruined. While we were talking she started poking around in it and nothing had defrosted. Not a single item. I keep pint glasses for my beer in the top and they were still frosted. Even her Klondike bars, right at the top were still frozen solid. All this says to me is that the insulation is top quality and the freezer is strong enough to keep things frozen even without the lid shut. 10 out of 10, I definitly recommend this freezer.

I bought this in the store and brought it home. The box was not damaged but when I took it out, it was dented and smashed pretty bad on the front and back of the freezer on the right hand side toward the bottom. Works okay but just disappointing to buy something brand new and have it come out of the box that way. It's for the garage so decided to just keep it.

This freezer didn’t last a year, then it took almost 3 weeks for the manufacturer to tell me they would only refund $199. And if I want to be refunded the tax reach out to the retailer. Really!!! Of course I want to be refunded my tax. Not only I’m waiting for the $199, now I have to waste gas to go to Sam’s to get a refund for tax and not to mention I have to spend money to dump the broken freezer. I wouldn’t recommend this freezer to anyone nor would I ever purchase one again, I have never heard of this, I have lost more than the freezer was worth over $300 worth of food wasted, $100. To dump it, this is horrible customer service, they wouldn’t replace the lost food

Good price , FedEx damaged two different freezers. Rolled to my door and left upside down. Sam’s says I cannot return. I believe Sam’s purposely makes it hard to speak to actual person in customer service.

Strongly recommend opening upon delivery. Arrived damaged, Sam’s online-NO HELP. Went to club, told they don’t handle online orders. My case keeps getting closed. Store manager advised to “ find” her for $20 GC. No thanks. Buyer beware. Would be great if arrived as expected.

I ordered online because I didn’t have a way of picking up the freezer myself and Sam’s doesn’t deliver. It took a week to get it. When the truck arrived on my property I went for my shoes and they spun out of here leaving the freezer in my driveway. I got it in the house, unwrapped it only to find one corner bottom dented inward. A dent in the front. I haven’t plugged it in yet due to waiting the 24 hours as I’m sure these guys were not careful with the product. I am frustrated about the whole thing. If I return it, I can’t get it the the store and if it doesn’t work I still don’t have a freezer. I will never order online Sam’s again.
