Excessive restraint packaging!

Product is fine. The batteries are too hard to get out! I see all of Sam's Members Mark replies about their compliance to "Reese's Law" . Based on other's manufacturers' packaging, MM may have gone overboard in the protective packaging.

Horrible Packaging

Bought these today 1/8/24. Horrible to open. I took them to the secretary to open, she struggled to get them open. When I got home I had my wife try and she struggled to get them open. There you have it, 3 reviews in one so the polling says the packaging is horrible. Wish I would have checked the reviews prior to purchasing since they all say the same thing. Revamp the packaging and make the tabs a little longer so you have something to grab on to.

We are sorry for your experience with the battery packaging, Wally. Please know the packaging was updated to follow Reese’s Law, mandating all button, coin, and hearing aid batteries – and devices powered by those batteries – be contained in child-resistant packaging. We understand the challenge in first opening the packaging but believe once members become more familiar with how it works the easier it becomes to open.

Difficult Packaging for Older Folks

These batteries are extremely hard to extract from the packaging, in fact it requires a knife or scissors which makes it very inconvenient. we will NOT be purchasing these again unless some significant changes are make. we do not require "child resistant" packaging.

Sorry packaging!

Thank you for selling the most ridiculous and worst package for these batteries. Do you have any clue who has to open and use these? Mostly elderly people who have great difficulty cutting this stupid package up to get to the batteries. The Sam's buyer for this product should be demoted back to stock person.

Difficult to open!

Why were these the only brand available in the club for me to buy?! The packaging is so difficult to open because they made it child proof. Like we are going to carry scissors around with us! What do you do when a battery goes dead out and about, away from home?!

Awful packaging . Plastic circle Deceptive NO!

If you have 30 min, agile fingers and great eye sight ..go for it. Otherwise beware. Why pn earth do you continue with other sizes in Energizer brand and not 312s Conspiracy theories abound!

Terrible Packaging!

The batteries are great! The child proof packaging is very hard to open and for this reason I will not purchase them again!
