Product is fine, packaging is horrible

Batteries fine, but DIFFICULT TO REMOVE. The child safety feature requires scissors to open … it's very difficult. I won't be purchasing again.

The batteries are fine but the packaging is ridiculous. I have to use large wire cutters to get them open and even then it's a struggle. Ridiculous!

What's wrong with making a product that is easy to open for old people. I had to use a pair of Vice-grips and a screwdriver to get the darn batteries out of the stupid package. Will be returning to the store when my scooter is charged..

1. Older people should not be using scissors to cut through two layers of tough, SHARP, plastic. 2. I can't do it without my husband's help. 3. Before long, our scissors will need sharpening or replacing.

Ok, after 30 minutes, a pair of scissors, garden shears, a cutting blade, screwdriver, sore fingers (by the grace of God I still have all my fingers), this 84 year old lady has managed to get 2 batteries out of this ….. packaging. Thank you Sam’s!!!

Cannot get battery out without tearing my fingers up. Older people have trouble with this.
