This is a good amount of bone-in pork. I always look for the cuts that have the most amount of meat on the bone heel. Makes for a tender meaty dinner.

Nicer cuts on top but underneath, pure garbage. I am very diappointed that Sam would intentionally treat customers so poorly. I've stopped buying your ground turkey now I'll add pork chops to the list.

Meat Dept (4825) is the Freshest in town. Meat manager and staff always are so helpful, always have the items i need stocked and fresh, they're the best hands down. I will not get my meat anywhere else.

We hav raise cattle and gave a finishing feedlot so we are nnaturally beef eaters but enjoy a pork chop ever now and then. These chops were excellent and super tender.

The chops tasted ok, but looking at the package, they looked like the were uniformly cut. However, each one was thinner on one end than the other end, making cooking them uniformly difficult.

This is my last purchase of Sams package meat of any kind. Hugh rip off this is center cut, see picture, it filler to get package weight up. This isn't center cut pork chops.

A pack of these are 4 meals for the two of us. The only thing I wish they would do when cutting is leave more fat on them. It helps to keep the meat moist and I just love to eat the crispy fat…I know, not healthy but it is what it is!
