Bought these pork chops with confidence. They looked innocent in the package. Pink. Quiet. Unassuming. They had no idea what 400 degrees and a cast iron skillet had planned. Seasoned them like they were about to face judgment. Garlic. Pepper. A whisper of smoked paprika. Seared both sides until the sizzle sounded like distant screaming (in a good way). The bone-in cut? That’s not decoration. That’s flavor insurance. That’s commitment. That’s “you will respect me” meat structure. Juicy. Tender. Zero regret. Unlike some of my other life decisions. If these chops had a final thought, it was probably, “Worth it.” Five stars. Would send another pack to the skillet without hesitation.

Best deal and Pork chops ever!! Nice thick pork chop with the tenderloin part on EVERY pork chop! Usually businesses place two nice pork chops on top, and the others underneath are not as appealing! I will definitely buy these again!!

These were perfect size to cook for dinner my in laws don’t like to thin of a pork chop. They like to have a lot of meat on it and these were perfect.

The top chops that you can see look great. The ones you can’t see under the good ones are not cut like the rest. Sometimes there a pieces of pork different thicknesses. They hide the undesirable meat under the good meat that you can’t see.

Good flavor, but it bothered me that there were quite a few various bone shards throughout them. some were very small, so we had to be careful while chewing them. Due to some of the sharp pieces were tiny and they were difficult to see even when cutting into pieces, so I would never serve this to a toddler or even a small child for fear of choking.

I wasn't happy with these. They looked good in the pack, but they were cut in strange sizes and didn't look as good when you got under the top chops.

Used to love the quality but it just isn't there anymore. The chops are all inconsistently cut as far as thickness. Consistently finding tiny bone spurs in the meat. I have even tried washing them to get all the tiny shards out but you can never get them all. Where the heck is your quality control gone? Will be purchasing my pork from somewhere else.

Beautiful center cut (T-Bone) pork chops on top. The 2nd layer wasn't center cut, and the bottom chops was extremely low grade pork steak.

It seems that Sam's can't make up their minds on thickness. Never know what you'll get. Bought a package of center cut pork chops, got 2 center cut, 6 non-center cut and 3 large unidentifiable cuts of pork.

The package, marked center cut pork chops, contained 9 chops. The 3 chops visible were central cut but the other 6 were end cuts. Very deceptive and fraudulent.
