Horrible butchers at this location are the worse. I received loin chops and the thickness was inconsistent. The thickness ranged from 1/2" to 1 1/4". I will stopp shopping at the Sam's Club.

I've purchased these before & lately is not always good. 1st issue--butchering was horrible; mostly fat on half of package. 2nd package-started to repackage them for freezing when I got them home; opened the package to a "spoiled fish" smell! Hour-drive to return them

The chops taste good what you see are usually good you need to pick out ones that are trimmed sometimes they are not trimmed well but they hide pork steaks on the bottom or very fatty nasty chops. They are not the ones they have on the top Even though they do not say assorted the two to four on the bottom are always nasty.

I am so disappointed in these Member’s Mark Pork Loin Bone-In Center Cut Chops. It appears that the butcher placed a lot of scraps on the bottom and then placed the nice cuts on top. This is the second time I have purchased this type of pack with the same results. Some chops are very thick, some are very thin and then there are just scraps on the bottom, I guess to bring the weight up so the price is higher. I hope someone looks into this, because, the next time I purchase a pack like this, I am going to ask the meat department to open the package in front of me so I can inspect them before I purchase them.

When I opened a purchased pack of the chops, I found that they were cut horribly. One chop was huge and could double as a steak, others were thick on one side and almost paper thin on the other. I'm not sure how I will cook these. They're in my freezer and I've been avoiding them.

This supposed to be a package of Center cut pork chops. It should be label 2 center cut chops and 8 rib end cuts. Once you get past the 2 center cuts on top it's all end cuts with long tail pieces and bone. The fat cap on most was 1/2 inch rather than 1/4. Not a quality package.

my 3rd purchase of this product I believe it was just cut thicker It might solve the problem

They were poorly cut. Raggedy

The Member's Mark Bone-In center cut pork chops are very tender and just the right thickness.
