Some of the chops were so fatty! A few were great, but others were more fat than meat. Considering there is a bone and they are more expensive than the regular pork chops, I was very disappointed and don't know that I would try this again.

Every piece was absolutely covered in small jagged, sharp, bone fragments. Most butchers clean these up after cutting. Not Sam's. Same way every time I've gotten them. Will have to buy somewhere else from now on.

The pork chops were lean, tender, and delicious. I used a simple recipe that evolved spraying vegetable oil on a sheet of aluminum foil placed in a roasting pan. I topped it with me, tenderizer, vegetable oil, spray, and a blend of spices from Penzeys. They cooked at 450° for about 25 minutes or so.

Always bought center cut pork chops from Sam’s, but it seems like in the last 8 to 12 months. The quality of the meat has been subpar. What seems to happen at the store they put the two top pork chops that look pretty on top when you dig into the rest of them, there is more fat and raggedy, looking and sometimes dark looking. We’ve been extremely disappointed lately and we’re looking to start purchasing are pork chops somewhere else

They do not clean their saw blade, there is always bone chips covering the ones you cannot see. You have to rinse them under the tap to make them edible. I see why other places charge more, because they actually have a clean saw and replace the blades when they go dull.

Great tasting chops until you bite into a bone splinter and almost chip a tooth. Have purchased a lot. Each time the chops on top are very nice looking and the other chops are not. Have to wash the chops off to remove the bone splinters and then sometimes there are still some left.

They are really fresh, thick, tasteful, I purchase them at least 2 x or more a month, my family appreciates the quality of the chops please pick you up a package I usually bake them, or smother them with onions and bell peppers, makes your mouth water talking about them

I was VERY dissapointed in these pork chops! I had them delivered so i didn't pick them out myself. They literally looked like they were chopped up. They only had a bone with a small circle of meat and they cut off all the rest! I'm NOT pleased at all!

I buy these large packages of pork chops periodically. This was the best package I've ever bought. There were not any strange cuts of pork on the bottom, hidden from view. All cuts were thick as we like. They were all good looking & tasting pork chops.

Thick chops that cook up really well. They don’t do well in the air fryer for me if using flour as a coating to make “fried” pork chops, but other than that these are way better than a popular grocery store that sales a thinner cut that dries out when cooking.
