I just had unit installed, and love the way it looks and works as needed. The peace of mind of having a backup for storms is priceless.

Very happy I purchased. Have had short term power outages and I have to listen if it switched to generator.

I bought this unit almost 1 year ago and it has perfomed as advertised , Flawlessly . I am inpressed.

I have had mine for over a year and it’s been a great investment we live 70 miles from a town and have frequent power outages it’s never failed to do its job!!!

My generator has been in use on at least 4 occasions since I purchased it in February 2025. I have greater peace of mind , especially in Winter when ice storms take out the power as I experienced for 46 hours in January of 2025.

We bought this a month ago. No power loss, so I not sure. I do feel good about the unit covering any power loss. It the next generation. So the phone application could use some improvements. Im sure they will improve over time.

I had the generator installed in 2024 and we had a hurricane in September of 2024, and was without electricity for over a week. My genetic worked beautifully. I just love it.

The experience of getting the generator and getting it installed was a big pain. It works as expected and will see how it does when the electricity actually goes out. Time will tell.

I purchased 1 year ago. So far it has run on call as expected. The installer contractor is very expensive and annual maintenance is ridiculous. 600.00.per year

The motor is cheap and defective with zero product quality. The motor leaks oil, continuously tiny drops. We have low confidence in the maintenance provider. My friends have had similar issues. Profits appear more important than product quality.
