We love this product....We had a faulty part that was trouble for almost a year but after it was narrowed down and replaced....the 22kw runs like a dream. It's a wonderful item.

I have not had an opportunity to use my generator so if it will switch automatically or not is not yet witnessed. I have great hopes for it the next time Duke Power service goes out.

This was my third Generac generator purchase over 30 plus years. I have been happy with all 3 units. I currently have an 18 KW model and I purchased a 10 KW which I gave and installed for my son’s family.

It's neen 1 year since my install and all is great! we lost power a couple times and without fail the generator kicked in! So nice not having to worry about sump pumps, freezers, etc. Worth the investment!

Coming up on one year from installation. Not needed it yet, which is fine. It is like an insurance policy. Hope you never use it but nice to know it is there.

It has been a year since my Generac generator was installed, and it has only had to run one time for a power outage during that year, but it performed as expected.

Instructions for setup were quite clear, my unit replaced an older model 22 kW unit which contributed to my knowledge base and ease of setup.

Generator installed a year ago on NG, has worked flawlessly over multiple power outages, we forget it’s running. Great feeling of security.

Shortly after the installation was completed, we experienced a 26 Hour power outage. The system worked flawlessly!

My 10kw generac was installed 4 years ago, and it has provided peace of mind. Service by DHM has been excellent.
