Shipped to my home (no issues) and installed using a contractor recommended on the Generac website (no issues). I have an app that lets me check its status at all times. Also used a code provided thru the Generac recommended contractor for an additional 2 years on the warranty. It comes with 5 year warranty, now I have 7 year warranty. So far, I haven’t had a power outage, but it is ready to do its job. Great peace of mind.

So far, so good. Generators were 40 weeks minimum on backorder. Took only 6 weeks through Sam's Club. Only problem is finding somebody to install it. Everybody good is busy. 2 months till I can get it installed. If you want a generator before next year and Sam's will take your order...buy it. And they don't charge for delivery

Quite expensive but it became a great deal with the $500 off by Sam's Club together with the automatic transfer switch and free shipping. Plus Generac was offering an extended warranty for free. Superb quality equipment and design. Heavy duty, whole house standby generator even connects to home WiFi to keep track of Generac status among other things via the Mobile Link app. Professional installation cost was a little over half the cost of the LPG generator.

Got a great price, was please with the fast undamaged, intact, generator and transfer switch. Had it pro. Installed within the required window to get the free offered 10 yr. Ext. Warranty. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Big item. Curbside delivery is just that. Setting in place requires equipment. Overall more competitive price than from the Generac dealer.

Recently purchased this generator and wasn't aware of the additional cost that goes along with it. Generac recommends a 250 gallon propane fuel tank minimum also a natural gas regulator is included but not a propane regulator. If you plan having this generator professionally installed it could cost just as much as the generator when all said and done. Fuel consumption is also rather high so don't plan on running this for long periods at a time unless you plan on having a propane truck hooked up even at 1/2 load. I'm in the process of trying to return this generator which is another challenge because Sam's Club seems to be ignoring my numerous attempts in processing my return requests. The description should include what was recommended to setup and operate. So long story short if your a DIYer like me do your homework first it may not be such a good deal.

Product was damaged. Called customer service they said they were trying to get in touch with vendor. Would call back in 24-72 hours. This is a $5000 purchase. I have not heard back from anyone.
