We were very happy with the installation team and the system worked well from day one. The follow up service has been better than anticipated....

Had occasion to use the generator Memorial Day when car knocked down two utilitie polls. Generator worked flawlessly saving the day.

Love having this as a support system in bad weather. Haven't had to use it yet but glad its there just in case.

The day after installation it worked flawlessly for over 3 hours with automatic switch over both with the power loss and the return of Utility power

The only thing i would like to see to improve the generator is to make it run more quite. The whole nieghborhood can hear it when it turns on.

Have had either the 20Kw and now the 22Kw in our last 3 homes, never failed once. Would definitely recommend Generac to anyone inquiring

We got our generator last year and is one of our favorite items at our home. We haven't had to use it but a few times. I am sure glad we have it.

We have lost power three times since it was installed, and Our Generac kicked on as soon as the power went off. Loved it!!

Very excited to have a genator in our new home. I hope we don't have any storms but if we do we are ready!

The weather has been calm so have not used the generator as of this time. It is insurance for my home.
