have not been able to connect with my Lennox air conditioner, not happy, also had control board bad during installation

I have had this unit since May 2025. It provides reliable power to the whole house automatically during electrical outages. Very pleased with it.

Didn’t work two weeks after installation. Fought to get service out at no cost. Was told I needed to buy more parts.

Bought a year ago, don’t worry about power outages anymore, seems to be always ready and cheap to maintain. Good investment

Glad we purchased the generator. Now I don’t have to worry about my family during an outage especially if I’m away from home.

We have had several power outages since we installed our generator, a few lasted several days. Our generator ran flawlessly. We’re very pleased.

It's a nice Gen but I don't like the transfer switch. This gen will power up my whole house I didn't need the panel inside the the ATS junction box.

Purchased the E/G 2 years ago. It has provided stable and reliable back up power, particularly during the Alaska winter storms.

A very good value for the price point. It does everything I hoped it would do. Very well thought out.

Just 2 years old and in use many, many many times. Lots of outages in my area and this was an excellent investment.
