Glad we have it. Give us confidence in keeping well and sump pump running. Nice to know we won’t lose power.

Purchased in August 2025 through NOCO which was an Issue. Paid a much higher price than other Generac installers charge.

I'm happy that I installed this generator. Being gone much of the time it gives me peace of mind to know if the power goes out I don't have to worry.

Purchased the E/G 2 years ago. It has provided stable and reliable back up power, particularly during the Alaska winter storms.

Power was out recently for four days, our Generac greatly improved our quality of life during this outage!

Recently replaced my 20 year old generac. New one works great. Still can’t afford monthly interactive fee so we lose all that capability.

It's a nice Gen but I don't like the transfer switch. This gen will power up my whole house I didn't need the panel inside the the ATS junction box.

Had to use within the first week of purchase. Work flawless and couple of times since, no problems whatsoever.

I bought this in September 2025, it's been great. No more dragging a portable generator outside when the power goes off.

Finally installed about a year ago. Took a year to get it installed. No idea how to run it or check any settings. Don't know if it evens runs.
