bought in June, and got to use for about 15min so far but all worked great, came on when power went out

Glad to have the peace of mind that this product provides in this ever changing weather environment.

I bought my genic about a year ago and we have not had to use it as of yet but I am satisfied and happy with the product so far

I bought this a year ago and it broke down at 17 hours. I had to pay for the repair because gererac doesn’t pay for the repairs.

We purchased this unit a couple of years ago and have not had to use it until recently. It performed spectacularly.

Have used this product 4 times since installation and has worked as advertised. No issues and the mobile app tells me when the unit is ready for use

We just had this product installed, and we have yet to test it out. But the Generac name was highly rated

The only thing i wonder now is WHY did I wait so long to get my generator. It is everything I wanted, heard it would be and it performed flawless

Bought a year ago, don’t worry about power outages anymore, seems to be always ready and cheap to maintain. Good investment

Our builder installed the generator in April. We thought we had a 7 year warranty but were unable to register it. Very frustrating
