The only issue I have is the covers for the security locks is the hinge on the lock covers break to easy. Perhaps due to weather but once they break they are very easy to loose. Other than that it is a good looking unit and well built.

The dealer / installer was very professional, all his work was top notch. Cleaned up before he left. I would recommend him to everyone. Good price, excellent workmanship!! ALL your product are top of the line..

Everything went great from the installation to hearing it kick on once a week for the self test. We know the generac generation is ready when we lose power. Very satisfied, I would definitely recommend this 22k unit. RAY LEOTTA

wonderfully made, and works as promised, so happy to have a back-up generator to utilized in the event of an outage which occurs quite frequently these days.

The generator is sleek and has a low profile. Having it gives me peace of mind for the family during severe weather. Although not loud, my personal recommendation would be to install the generator at least 20 feet from the house

It has been very dependable so far. I live in the country and am at the end of the line. Power outages are a routine thing. I travel a good bit so it's nice not to have to worry about freezers.

I bought this uint from Sam's club and had it installed by my electrician. I was not aware that the unit did not come with a battery. Overall, I would buy this unit again.

Features are consistent with other products in this category. It does the job for our home, but have not had enough time to really evaluate total effectiveness.

I put 1 at my house & my dad's house. My Dad called me & said, "this thing is running". I asked, "is your power out?". He said " I don't know but everything is working". Then he checked with neighbors & sure enough the power was out.
