I really haven't had a chance to evaluate the long term operation of the generator. It has started up with no problems for the weekly maintenance run.

So far I have not had a situation where the generator had to do its job so I can't offer any imput. However the unit seems to be very well built and looks good in the neighborhood.

I put 1 at my house & my dad's house. My Dad called me & said, "this thing is running". I asked, "is your power out?". He said " I don't know but everything is working". Then he checked with neighbors & sure enough the power was out.

Everything went great from the installation to hearing it kick on once a week for the self test. We know the generac generation is ready when we lose power. Very satisfied, I would definitely recommend this 22k unit. RAY LEOTTA

This was a replacement for an older model that had reached its 20-year lifetime. It was recently installed and to date it has worked as advertised. The noise level in the weekly test run has been less than the older model.

The generator is sleek and has a low profile. Having it gives me peace of mind for the family during severe weather. Although not loud, my personal recommendation would be to install the generator at least 20 feet from the house

I have only used my one time it worked great switched automatically did not miss a lick. I love it should got one years ago. I bought the 22 kW whole house. It is supper nice and extremely quite.

We love our Generac. It is a little pricey, but well worth it. After our electricity goes off just a matter of seconds the general kicks in. We love it.

Unit worked great. Had our first power outage last week while we were out of town. It ran for 6 hours till power was restored and I was notified by text and e mail when it started and stopped.

Ease of accessibility. Well thought out design. Easy to maintain and service. Exterior material is exceptional. Inside service people on phone very helpful And thorough.
