Everything went great from the installation to hearing it kick on once a week for the self test. We know the generac generation is ready when we lose power. Very satisfied, I would definitely recommend this 22k unit. RAY LEOTTA

I have a 22 k generac generator I have lost power 2 times since install and it was great to have power to keep me and my wife warm during these power outages the product did exactly what it was intended to do thank you generac for a great product

I've been a Generac user for the past 10 years. No issues of any consequence. Just bought an updated, more powerful model. Generac impresses me. What more can I say!

I didn't want it but my wife did. I said we won't need it very much. After it was installed, there were 2 weekends in the following month that we needed it the whole week end. I changed my mind on our need of it. Ran everything we used.

We bought this 22kw about a year ago as our 20kw oil pump failed during a week plus ice storm running 24/7 continually due to extreme trees/down/ice power outage. Had no choice but to replace. We live in Northerm Michigan and Generac IS A MUST!

It looks nice. We've tested it and it works well. It weekly goes through its test cycle. Fortunately we haven't had to use it and hope we never do - it's insurance.

So far, so good. Generac hooked to natural gas and fires up weekly for the test run without issue. No outages to determine how well it will power the house yet, but I expect no issues.

The only issue I've had with the unit is the engine surging up and down when we have high humidity. When the air is dry and we have low humidity the unit works great.

have only had needed the unit once since the install, for a short period. the only regret after many years of short and extended outages the we did not do this sooner !
