This was installed one day and the next day the power went out for 5 hours. Everything worked exactly as expected. I use an electric lift chair and had problems getting out of it when the electric went off, but now everything keeps on working.

It appears to be a reliable generator. I have only had it about 2 months so I cannot give a long term report, but I have had a generac generator at another home and never had a problem

Experienced power failure since installation. Generator kicked in and powered up entire house as advertised.. Scheduled weekly test runs have been occurring on time. Great investment. Mobile link should be built into equipment.

This is my second one. The first one was a 20KW at my old house. We moved and the new one is a 22KW. Its a great feeling when the power goes out !! It takes of three services, my Shop and two services in my house.

we have not had the outage that would require the generac 22k to kick in due to power loss. But I have to say just knowing it is there, has caused a huge peace of mind

We purchased a 22 kw whole home generator. We have not needed it yet but it it starts up and runs a self check every two weeks. It is good to know if we do need it, it is ready to supply our electrical needs!

Bought the 22K Generac Generator online...installed it myself...certified electrician helped with final hookup...saved big dollars that way. Runs great...happy.

I have not had the opportunity to see if this product works properly due to not having any power interruptions. It does start up properly every week, as scheduled, so I am assuming all is well.

I've been a Generac user for the past 10 years. No issues of any consequence. Just bought an updated, more powerful model. Generac impresses me. What more can I say!

Had the unit installed last June - not a worry since. Went through hurricane season and it kicked in on several occasions with no loss of power to the house. Only regret is that we didn't have it installed sooner.
