Since it was installed, we have only had 2 power outages. One being in the middle of the night. We were unaware until we heard the generater go off. It is not noises at all.

Could probably give a better review , we usually have a lot of outages , but since I had it installed we have not had any , so I would say that is a plus .

So far I have had no major outages. The ones that I have had were of short duration. The 22kw unit I have has operated perfectly every time. It runs every Saturday as programed. It run very quietly. I would recommend Generac to anyone.

Very satisfied with the product. Give peace of mind when I am not home, that my home bound wife will be fine. She doesn't have to do anything. Only negative, need clearer direction for neutral and bond.

I have a 22 k generac generator I have lost power 2 times since install and it was great to have power to keep me and my wife warm during these power outages the product did exactly what it was intended to do thank you generac for a great product

Works EXACTLY like it's supposed to, is quiet and the two times the neighborhood has lost power since its installation, I didn't! Every home in hurricane country should have one!

Installation, follow up to make adjustments were all timely, professionally performed and would recommend Generac & our particular representative to our neighbors, if asked.

I bought this with the hope that I would never use it! However, this past Saturday we had a tornado in my hometown and power was off in the neighborhood for 3 days. It was such a blessing that the generator kicked in and worked like a charm!

This was installed one day and the next day the power went out for 5 hours. Everything worked exactly as expected. I use an electric lift chair and had problems getting out of it when the electric went off, but now everything keeps on working.

It appears to be a reliable generator. I have only had it about 2 months so I cannot give a long term report, but I have had a generac generator at another home and never had a problem
