This generator was installed at a weekend get-away home. It's nice to know that if the power goes out, we will not lose heat and have pipes freezing. Also, if we are there it's nice to know the heat or ac, and everything else will continue to work.

Although our power has not gone out yet so we really have not put it to the test, I am satisfied so far. The set up was easy and it is running as it should once a week in maintenance mode. I will keep you posted. Thanks

Generator installed in an area where power outages are frequent especially after storms. The smart transfer switch is really neat and offer the ability to off load A/C or other equipment. Highly recommend Generac Guardian Series standby systems.

The unit takes care of it's self. Manages house circuits by a priority system integrated into the system. This was our second unit, the first we had over 80 hours of use, the longest being 2 days.

We have only had it for a little over a month and so far, so good. We did have 2 "overcrank" reports that required resetting, but after installing the firmware, we no longer have that issue.

We have only had the generator for a few months. Our overall impression has been good. We have had one power outage so far and everything went perfect.

this product has performed as described, The installation was easy and very professional done by the Generac Dealer. The first service was performed on a timely basis.

Complete garbage! Engine failed after 61hrs and parts/labor warranty is about to expire. This one failed in the middle of a major outage. $12 000 brick!!
