This is a company that keeps you in the loop. I had ongoing communications with them on installation, training, and follow-up. Terri, in the office had so much knowledge about the process, she was my go to whenever I had a question. Whole house generator is pricey, but you get what you pay for and this gives us peace of mind.

Since building our house 2 years ago and installing a 22Kw Generac from the beginning, we have had 1 hurricane, several tornadoes watches/warnings, cars hitting electric posts, and "maintenance" from the electric company which cause our neighborhood to be without electricity for hours, even days, but not us. Our Generac system fired-up every time with a smooth transitional period that lasted less than 1 minute.

Really like the product so for. All went well to hook up. Few people in the neighborhood are inquiring about the generator. The disappointment is the WIFI that has an expensive monthly charge after the first year. Will not use that option after the trial is up.

We had a 22kwh unit installed this fall (2016) and everything went smooth. The contractors were great and we were able to qualify for the extended warranty (10 years.) One evening recently our power went out. I counted to about 15 and then heard the generator start. In another few seconds, the generator panel switched over to light up our house again. Perfect! We will be having the factory authorized installer out every fall to service the unit. I could not be happier with our decision to purchase this Generac unit.

I had my generator installed a few months ago. The transaction was top of the line. From the Owner (Russell) to the installer's, completely professional and courteous. Last week the main power went out and within seconds the generator automatically did exactly what it was supposed to do. Now I have the peace of mind knowing that even if I am away from home, my home will be supplied with power!! Great investment!!

We all have power outages on occasion and in reality they never last long. However this year there was the exception and during a blizzard we had an outage that lasted over 18 hours. To top it off I was 1600 miles away and my wife was home alone. I was really surprised at how affordable a standby generator really is to have installed. Inexpensive peace of mind.

We are very pleased with our purchase and the installation by our electrician. Fortunately we have not needed to use it yet. It does run every Sunday on time like clock work. It has a very nice appearance much nicer then our house a/c unit. We would definitely recommend this generator.

This is my second Generac unit, the first a 20KW on another property installed 4 yrs ago. The newer unit has a better exercise program and controls and the R end panel removes for battery access. This is a really big improvement over the older unit. The elimination of the outside 20 watt plug is a step backward. Overall it is good value, reliable, and easy to service and I am very happy with it.

We were out of town when the only power outage we have had since we purchased the generator occured. However, it appears taht the generator did operate during that outage. Our primary feelings is that we know we are prepared in the event of a long outage.

I live in the Turks Islands. We lose power frequently and we considered buying a generator for years. Luckily i waited and purchased a gereac model. When we lose power the transition is almost unnoticeable. Within seconds the power is on.
