It was shipped very fast, however did not show up on lift gate truck like was told it would had to have naibor bring tractor to unload, was an easy hook up and easy to set up with the Didgetal display, I am gone a lot and like knowing my wife can not worry about electricity going out. We have had four power outages since we installed our Generac 22KW generator. It is fueled by our propane system (1000 gal tank) so we never need to worry about refueling it. The automatic test feature provides the confidence that it is ready to step in to provide the power to meet all of our needs when we loose electricity due to grid failure. Peace of mind!

This permanently installed Generator replaced a portable gasoline powered one that required moving outside and connecting through a manual transfer switch. The portable worked fine for many years when we were younger, but now it is difficult for my wife to use it. The numbers of power outages here in Rural Pennsylvania are increasing each year so we installed the new 22kw Generac running on Natural Gas. Also, the new Generac has an automatic Transfer Switch which is really fantastic. I have recommended Generac to all my friends in my area. Great design and ease of installation make it the top choice in my book.

I can only respond to the monthly start-ups and the comfort of having it in place for outages. I have not needed for any amount of time yet and can only hope it stands up to its first test under fire ;) The remote access / smart phone option should be standard equipment...its 2017..someelse will beat you to the punch and steal some of your business, you need to stay on top! The first time I needed my generator, thee was a problem with "hunting" for the core ct RPM. I called a local dealer for repairs. He adjusted fuel mix, and said the problem was resolved. The next start up, I had the same issue. This time, he replaced the mixer. Weeks later, there was a loud buzzing fr the mixer. Once again. I got a new mixer. Problem solved, for now.

FORTUNATLY,THE WEATHER WAS KIND AND THE GENERATOR WAS NOT NEEDED.HOWEVER,I WILL LET YOU KNOW THIS SUMMER IF I THE PRODUCT PROVES ITSELF,ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. I WOULD ALSO ADVISE THAT THE ELEVATION BE CONSIDERED BEFORE INSTALATION.IN MY CASE,A HEAVY RAIN MAY FLOOD THE LOWER PART

I've had a Generac 15kw generator in my home for the last 15 years the case started getting a little rusty but the generator work perfect I replaced it with a brand new 22k Generac generator with the aluminum case hopefully this will last me another 15 more years. great product

We had a generac generator at our last house for 7 years, no problems. We have only tested this unit so far, no power outages yet, but tests were good. Only one problem, the load shed modules do NOT work as advertised. The specs say it can "disable" a circuit while on generator power. It cannot do this. It can disable the circuit in an overload situation only. We needed this feature to disconnect our solar panels while on generator power.

This is a very good product, the only complaint I have is It never came with a sticker for my elec meter that says there is a secondary source of electricity, just in case a firefighter pulls the meter in an emergency, please send me a MUST have sticker.

The installation went smoothly and the location selected was innocuous. The unit blends right in with the landscaping. It tests itself weekly so one has piece of mind that if it is ever called upon it will be there to power the entire home. This investment should be considered by every homeowner. Especially important if you have a well, sump pump or depend on electricity for heating and refrigeration.
