In my previous residence, I installed a Generac generator, and its reliability has consistently been exceptional. Furthermore, the maintenance process is straightforward and hassle-free. I have encountered no issues whatsoever with the Generac generator, making it a highly recommended investment.

I am very satisfied with the unit itself, however I would never recommend the company used for the installation. They were the worst, most disreputable company ever (ACS Home Services of Tampa Florida) It took us 7 months to get it installed after signing the contract, and they demanded payment in full before they would even deliver the unit to our house after a $1,500.00 deposit at signing.

I was hesitant to purchase this at first. My wife insisted that we do. Since purchase we have had 2 major storms and the Generac has performed flawlessly. The whole valley was without power for 2 days and we were eating popcorn and watching Netflix. I will say that we can hear it running when it comes on, but it's a small price to pay for comfort.

I just had this whole house generator installed to my delight. It works seamlessly with household with low noise level. I can run everything in my household without interruption. The only difficulty was using their APP since we are not very Teck savvy.

I wish I had better things to say but I feel the company that installed the unit did a poor job the unit leaks oil and when I told them about it on the 1st maintenance visit, they wanted charge me extra this was part of the installation and has been leaking ever since . Other folks may have a better experience with this brand I think it was just the company that has installed mine .

I'm so thankful I purchased this generator my daughter had been wanting me to buy one for a few years . Me being afraid to step out on faith thinking we couldn't afford one. So we prayed about it God heard our prayers and sent the right salesmen to talk to us about it. I almost called him and told him not to come but a small voice dropped into my spirit and said just listen to what he has to say and the rest was history.. so thankful I listened and didn't make that call to not come and tell me about this generator... We are so thankful and it's at a price that we can pay without a struggle... Yes God will always get the glory from us. . GREAT INVESTMENT to our home. Thank you all so very kindly. This is my second home with a generac and I am very disappointed in the new unit on my current home. It keeps encountering errors after it starts running which defeats the purpose of having a generator. It's terribly disappointing to spend so much money to prevent energy outage at our home/business, but with no better outcome than others that have not installed a generac. I truly hope that this software issue with our new generator will be resolved soon by generac.

We bought our Stand by Generator recently and we are delighted with our purchase. I don't have to dread dragging my walker over the extension cords in the floor when the power is off. Now we simply go on as usual after a few seconds. Thank you Generac and Mr. Allen of Allen Residential Electrical for giving us peace of mind in stormy weather.

We purchased a brand new 2026 Generator. It is now April and the thing still does not work. Every time the power goes out ... the generator runs for 5 seconds and then shuts down and we get a "failed" message. Our installers (Blue Sky Plumbing) has said they have installed 23 of the these same generators and ALL OF THEM are having the same issue. I would not purchase a new generator again from these people and if we don't get our money back ($50K), we will be suing Generac.

We have been thinking about buying a Generac for years. So glad we finally did! Our neighbors had their installation done in 2018. Every time a storm caused an outage, they were completely comfortable, up and running! It has made us feel much more secure with the hurricane season coming.
