Though it's been a year since installation, I truly am happy that I haven't experienced the need to use it. I know it will function as designed as I've had the privilege of ownership at prior locations. Prior ownership is why I chose Generac.

I have not had an opportunity to use my generator so if it will switch automatically or not is not yet witnessed. I have great hopes for it the next time Duke Power service goes out.

Everything works as planned. My install was April 2025 and I just had an event in March 2026 where the unit ran for 24 hours consecutively. No issues. And very little oil usage. My recommended installer is 5*.

Great company for install from start to finish. Works great. Hope it is never needed. All team members were polite and organized. Always showed when they were supposed to.

We have 1 year with the machine and we think is fantastic. Price and noise are bit high but is a good investment. We implemented a noise isolated room with air extractors and fans, and the final result is great!

We bought it last month and hope we never have to use it for emergencies. My wife is on oxygen and needs it almost 100% of the time. We bought it so her oxygen machine would still work if we had a power outage.

It has been a year since my Generac generator was installed, and it has only had to run one time for a power outage during that year, but it performed as expected.

This was my third Generac generator purchase over 30 plus years. I have been happy with all 3 units. I currently have an 18 KW model and I purchased a 10 KW which I gave and installed for my son's family.

I bought this Generic about a month ago have not had any power outages yet but generator works fine on its regular scheduled exercise times it is quiet and seems to be working just fine.

Coming up on one year from installation. Not needed it yet, which is fine. It is like an insurance policy. Hope you never use it but nice to know it is there.
