I bought this in September 2025, it's been great. No more dragging a portable generator outside when the power goes off.

Unit runs fine. However, unable to lock the lid due to misalignment of latch and slot. New generation of units…

We have had this generator for 2 years now. It has started and run properly every time the power has gone off.

No issues since install 3 years ago. Very glad I have it since I am 77 years old and can't do the portable one any linger.

Power was out recently for four days, our Generac greatly improved our quality of life during this outage!

Purchased in August 2025 through NOCO which was an Issue. Paid a much higher price than other Generac installers charge.

I have owned this one for over 2 years now my previous one for over 7 years great piece of equipment.

Had a 7kw and upgraded to 14kw to power more circuits like central air and well pump, happy with this unit.

Coming up on 1 year since install. Very pleased with this whole house generator. Hasn't let me down!

Unit was purchased in May of 2025. Numerous power outages in our have occurred. The unit enages and supports the critical components in the house (sump pump, furnace etc.)
