We bought this for peace of mind and security of never loosing power. Generac achieved both. We are pleased with the generator install and ease of use. Installation was easy and fast. The generator works flawlessly.

Unit was purchased and installed approximately one year ago and has been operating as advertised through several utility power outages and weekly exercises.

I have owned this unit for over a year and have had to count on it 3 times already due to power outages. My Generac has come through for me each time I needed it, and powered my whole house. I love it !!!

Bought my unit unit five weeks ago and has never run. Batteries's dead controller, not working. No spare parts., service tech was not very helpful, three appointments were made only one cap and didn't bring any spare parts other than a battery

I've had the generator for about a year and have lost power 3 times so far. The first time during the winter, power was out for about 8 hours, and the other times the power was only out two to three hours.

Replaced an aging generator. Very satisfied with the product and with the service and professional installation we received from precision Home Tech Services.

We have only had the generator now for less than a month. Luckily we have not had any power outages and have not had to use it. I will say, that when I hear a storm is coming our way, I do not panic or worry about having an outage.

I bought this about two months ago. It broke down within 24-48 hours of installation then it took around 3 weeks to receive the replacement part. No one could give me an approximate timeframe of when the generator would be fixed

We have a 22hw Generac at our mountain home, so it was an easy decision to choose one for our home in North Florida. Works great, is very dependable, and is very quiet when running

Have only one outage since installing and it worked like a champ! We love it. Hurricane season is here and we are confident it will perform.
