After last winter losing power for 4 days and the house temperature went down to 42 degrees, I said I am buying Generac until to do my whole house.

I bought this Sept. 2024, been looking for someone local to call to service it. Had no luck yet in finding someone.

Generator is fine the installation isn't finished and some of the insulation that has been done was done wrong

I purchased this a year ago and it has never worked. It stalls out after 30-60 minutes with each outage

Very happy with performance, but disappointed with no given knowledge of product after installation.

My unit was installed in July 2026. I am glad I made this decision and don't have to worry when/if the power goes out.

Recently replaced my 20 year old generac. New one works great. Still can't afford monthly interactive fee so we lose all that capability.

This was installed almost a year ago and has yet to work despite 2 service calls. General should extend my warranty this is ridiculous!!!

I bought this unit as a replacement for a 19 year old 17 KW that served us faithfully until the fiber oil pump gear disintegrated and left the room.
