have not been able to connect with my Lennox air conditioner, not happy, also had control board bad during installation

New unit is much noisier(subjectively) than the old Generac it replaced. It is not just wifi, but cellular connection to maintenance dealer. slick.

Installed for a month and so far very happy with the entire process including the Generac recommended installer.

Installed in early June 2026 and have been on-line once for less than 2 hours during power outage. I don't know the reliability or life of the unit.

Bought 5 yrs ago and it has been excellent.. great reliability and has safes us during many power outages.

I'm happy that I installed this generator. Being gone much of the time it gives me peace of mind to know if the power goes out I don't have to worry.

Great product. Lacking with network function. No 5ghz WiFi and Ethernet is not provided by default which is a money grab.

I had the stand by Generator installed a month ago, and the very next day , we lost power for 5 hours and the generator, worked perfectly!

It was the size needed to run my entire house; it was only used one time for about one hour I was happy I had it.

Our builder installed the generator in April. We thought we had a 7 year warranty but were unable to register it. Very frustrating
