We have only had the generator now for less than a month. Luckily we have not had any power outages and have not had to use it. I will say, that when I hear a storm is coming our way, I do not panic or worry about having an outage.

I've had the generator for about a year and have lost power 3 times so far. The first time during the winter, power was out for about 8 hours, and the other times the power was only out two to three hours.

generator works good turns on every 2 weeks and runs when power goes out it automatically turns on power comes back on automatically shuts off the wifi app sucks won't stay connected

I bought this about two months ago. It broke down within 24-48 hours of installation then it took around 3 weeks to receive the replacement part. No one could give me an approximate timeframe of when the generator would be fixed

I had a Generac portable generator for 25 years and it never failed me . So when it was time to have an automatic installed I naturally chose a Generac.

I have two of these machines at each of my homes. They seem to work well, but are maintenance HOGS! Nice when you need them, but they demand lots of attention, especially oil changes.

I had this system installed in July 2026 and so far haven't had to use it for an outage yet. The dealer did a superb job installing the unit and explaining how it works.

We bought this for peace of mind and security of never loosing power. Generac achieved both. We are pleased with the generator install and ease of use. Installation was easy and fast. The generator works flawlessly.

I had to replace my older generac generator and upgraded to the 10kw with the larger transfer switch allowed me to put more items under backup power. I installed both units myself, the directions, set-up are easy to follow.

Be careful from whom you purchase the Generac....my supplier lied to me & then refused phone calls & e-mails, so now I use another authorize dealer/service company when I purchased my 2nd Generac & for my yearly service
