Since having it installed the power has only been lost twice, but both times, we would find ourselves freezing in place and after a few sec. away she would go, lights everything back up and running, It is very quiet when running, looks good. I love it. I am set to retire soon, always wanted to have this taken care before that time got here, best thing we done, I recommend this product everyday.

This is the second Generac generator that I have purchased. The first was for a prior home that I have used for years. Whenever there was a power outage it turned on immediately like old faithful. Always there to back us up. I am now in a new home and have purchased another Generac generator for it. I was happy to leave the first generator for the family that bought my first home. I know they will appreciate having it.

We live in a forest. Ice storms and heavy snow can take out electric for days at a time. With our generator the unbelievable inconvenience is a thing of the past. We spend the winter in Florida so use the cell phone system to notify us whenever it starts or more importantly whenever it doesn't. So far it has started every time but it is good to know that I will know if it doesn't start up.

Ed and his crew were very professional, timely and efficient… The unit was installed, completed and running in one day. This is our first winter storm season that we have the unit. It works GREAT and does exactly what Ed said it would do in a power outage!

I purchased this 22 W backup generator about a month and a half ago and hope it works when I really need it. The installation went well and on time however I was not given any instructions on how the generator works or what I should do other than calling them if there's a problem, I was given no information on how to set up the monitoring app on my cell phone at all so I have it on and I guess it's OK but that's about it.

Just 3 weeks after our install, our block suffered a 6 hour power outage. Driving home after work, i didnt realize all the dark houses. Walking into the house, i dint even recognize the sound of the engine running, and my son was on the couch watching TV, just as normal. Only when my neighbor texted to ask if my power was out Los, did i realize that the generator was indeed running and that our home was the only one on the street with power, just as we had planned for! It was an empowering & great feeling to know we're no longer at the mercy of our 3rd world power grid infrastructure.

I bought a Generac for my CPA office first. The electric has been out in the past during January- March when there are IRS deadlines. I now do not have to worry about an outage. I work on a client's database at my home away from the server @ the office....It just made sense to purchase a Generac for my home. We installed it behind a crepe myrtle on the side of the house. I am very glad that I purchased Generac.

I upgraded my Generac Guardian generator from 15KW version to a 22KW version (due to load increases). I have to say I am pleasantly surprised on the quality of power being delivered. The old generator fluctuated several hz (+-2 Hz) and had a hard time holding a steady voltage. We are using this generator to power a small data center, power quality is important as UPS don't like dirty power. This new generator holds voltage steady, the frequency is within +-0.1 Hz. Even when the large roof top air conditioning unit kicked in, the generator powered up and recovered the correct voltage and frequency within a second. The power monitoring is also a nice touch. Now I know when we loose power and if the generator kicked in or not. Although the old unit mechanically was working fine, visually the case was metal and rusted heavily. This new case is aluminum so we are expecting no rust.

On returning home one day last summer we discovered the electrical power was out due to a storm. It was a really hot day. We had guest coming that evening. Thank goodness for the Generac generator. The generator worked as advertised. The house was cool. The sound of the Generac running was barely evident. THANK YOU GENERAC!

I have 2 outagedes already and the system work great, when the power went out and come on. This was great the first one was around 4 hours and I am total Electric, TV worked Lights worked, refrig stay on & the heater stay working. Great system. I am proud I bought it and it was a easy installed and delivery. A Big Thank you
