After two one hundred year ice storms back to back in 2025 and 2026 along with record high water flooding, we feel the peace of mind having a new Generac generator.

I have two of these machines at each of my homes. They seem to work well, but are maintenance HOGS! Nice when you need them, but they demand lots of attention, especially oil changes.

I had a 7KW Generac for 23 years and only thing I had to do is replace the battery. These units are amazing, hoping to get another 20+ years out of my new 10KW generator!

Bought it a couple of months ago. We had 2 outages and it worked fine. So far so good. Very happy with the dealer and installer. Only complaint is that the WiFi could be better.

Very satisfied with product. Runs as planned. Starts well in cold weather. Sound levels are very silent. Runs whole house including electric furnance.

I purchased my generator a year ago before the peak of Hurricane season in my area. Excellent peace-of-mind knowing that I no longer need to fill gas cans and set-up a portable generator.

Has not worked at all. How Generac can release a product that has software issues. I paid all the installation and equipment money for a product that has never worked.

Bought it 2 years ago and has only run for a 6 hour planned outage. Feel it's a very capable generator. Electric grid is pretty reliable so hopefully it won't get much opportunity to run.

I've had the generator for about a year and have lost power 3 times so far. The first time during the winter, power was out for about 8 hours, and the other times the power was only out two to three hours.

Unit was purchased and installed approximately one year ago and has been operating as advertised through several utility power outages and weekly exercises.
