Panel removal well designed. Manuel written to ease in connection s. Very well explained. WiFi, online registration was slow, and time consuming. Had to enter information more then once. Finally finished registration. Unit works great.

I had a 22kw installed a few weeks ago , it looks great and runs great. If you have the money to get one and live in an area where conditions can zap your power regularly, this is the generator to have.

Generator really comes in handy as I experience hurricane “Sandy” in my previous home we were the only light on the block for two weeks. Now that I have moved to the shore, I have another. Product great(22kw)with great tech support.

A no problem installation, tests regular every Saturday, experienced two short power outages and it worked perfect. Really gives a feeling of security, very satisfied with our purchase.

How terrible is this? I pay thousands of dollars for installing this, power outage, it sputters, and then doesn't fire. Plenty of propane. And I can't get anyone to help. Find a different company.

It's relatively easy to hook up with advanced electrical skills. It started the first try. When ran through a load test it preform as expected. I would recommend it to anybody that is looking for a reliable whole home back up generator.

Will have peace of mind during the upcoming hurricane season. My unit was installed two days ago by Mathers Electric, Tallahassee. Repairmen were courteous, professional and very thorough on explaining how the unit operates.

I hope to never need this genset but I know if I do it will perform perfectly.Looks great,awesome features will recommend a Generac to family and friends.

We got the 24KW. It's beautiful and worked like a charm during the demonstration. It feels good to have peace of mind and not have to worry about storm season.

Installer was extremely helpful throughout the whole process leading up to and including the installation of the generator. The Generator itself seems to be a great product and happy to have some piece of mind when Winter rolls around.
