From estimate, to scheduling and through installation, the job was handled professionally by Metro Electric. We’ll report back when we get through our first outage with this new equipment.

Bought this unit for a whole house backup system because we loose power frequently. Works like a charm and isn't terribly loud. It's nice knowing I don't need to worry about my sump overflowing when we lose power. Thanks Generac!

We are very happy with the installation of our generator but it is in standby and my electricity has not gone out yet so while I believe it will perform well, it just exercises for a short time once a week.

Had our 22kw generator installed several weeks before a tropical storm came to town and knocked out power for 11 hours. Certainly was nice to still live life as normal and not have to worry about food spoilage in our refrigerator and freezer.

The generator is good. The installers were below average. I’ve spent an additional ~$500 to repair the damage they did. They also gave me wrong information about mobile link.
