I live in an area with frequent power outages. My power has been out 3 times in the last 6 months and one of those times it was out for 6 days due to a massive storm. What a great assurance to have the Generac 22 kw back up generator!

The generator works but remote monitoring does not. Despite hours with support, nothing works. I can remotely monitor my doorbell and two Roombas. I hope Generac gets the software fixed - someday.

Just recently had unit installed and had first unplanned power outage, Worked seamlessly as advertised. Power restored within a few seconds and when regular power restored switched back. Very pleased
