I am so happy that we purchased this generator. We recently had a power outage, and needed to use the generator. This generator is very powerful, it's as if the power was still on.

The company that installed the generator did a great job. The owner of the company did a good job explaining everything and his men where on time, and they did a great job installing same.

The system itself is quite compact, and with the whole house transfer switch it's a no worry system. The local installers were great, and walked us through the maintenance and operation clearly.

This product is well designed. Its exterior is sleek and speaks to quality. Its load management features are ideal for our home which has 2 heat pumps. We also added the hot water heater management module. We are now hurricane ready!

Lots of high tech changes with this new 22kw generator the unit is good looking and very impressive - the transfer switch was not so, the poor quality control before shipping caused us many hours of frustration trying to isolate the problem.

A brand new generator should not leak oil. Should not come with mangled wire terminals. Should not have cross threaded screws. Should not have loose screws. Should not have large internal scratches.
