Well our Generac 22K generator is ready every second every hour of everyday 24/7 peace of mind. Completely satisfied with our generator, comes on once a week for 10 min to do a self test, great feature. We did lose power this winter season and just like generac said the unit will kick on in 10 seconds. Restored power to the house!!!! At that point I said it was worth every penny. Budget Electric came out and did an estimate and answered all of our questions about the generator and the installation. They gave us an install date and were on target with that date. All of the workers were professional and coureous. They did an excellent job of installing and spent time answering all of our questions and demontrated maintenance tips and operation of the generator. I had the 26kW unit with WiFi installed and and I'm very happy so far. I'm all electric with a well pump and Heat pump. The dealer was excellent to work with and provided great communication from start to finish. The WiFi pre-installed is nice as well, you can monitor the generator from anywhere on-line.

They just installed today .. The installers were hear as scheduled and went right to work .. Knew what they were doing .. Was only without power fir maybe 20 minutes during the hookup. Generator started right up ... Just knowing we won't be without power during power outages gives me much peace of mind ... Happy with the generator ...

I had the unit installed less then a year ago. Installation team at Powerton/Lebanon were terrific. Everything worked good on test cycles but the unit had not been tested until just few days ago. The power went out due to a wind storm for a few days. The unit did EXACTLY as promised. I came home to find that it had started automatically and ran for 3 + days without any problems. We were able continue on with life as normal. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering it.

Nice looking unit, and solid installation. Our installer was excellent, and did a very professional job. I wish the case had some heavy insulation inside to help dampen the sound (like Cummins does). Generac claims the unit is quiet, and quotes 65 decibel readings. Using a professional decibel meter I'm getting 85 decibels, with higher readings under load. Not much help from Generac when I called to ask if there was some way to get it down to the advertised 65 decibels. So if noise isn't an issue for you, it's a great generator. But if you're in a subdivision of closely spaced home like we are, you certainly won't have many friends left after the thing has been hammering away and disturbing everyone within 3 or 4 houses of you! I strongly suggest finding one you could listen to before you buy.

I decided to get a generator after my husband passed away. We had a gas powered one, but knew I couldn’t start it. Best decision! I was worried about the winter & being in a cold house with my old dog. Possibly snowed in. Well worth it for peace of mind. Installation by Corbin Electric was quick and efficient. Wonderful experience, everyone was so helpful.

It's hard for me to write a review. Only had the unit for about 4 weeks and LUCKILY we haven't had any outages. Things I do like: Relatively small foot-print Clean asthetics Visible stand-by light Things I don't care for: I still can't get my phone connected to the mobile link App Help with the mobile connectivity would be nice. 🤷‍♂️

From the initial salesman and company administrator/scheduler, to the gas/plumber and electric crews involved, I can easily say (& recommend) Generac (& the Generac Super Center processes as being a wise decision and excellent process in providing a great back-up electricity solution for my home. All aspects of this process were professionally exemplary and excellent.
