Just had our generator installed last week. Can't say enough good things about the installation process. It ran like clockwork; the people were here right on time and they were professional yet friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They left the area cleaner than they found it. More business would benefit from their fine example.

We are very excited to have our new Generac 22KW Generator installed. The Mobile Lilnk option is very reasurring that you can monitor the "Exercising" scheudle, battery charing, and ready to run status. The quality both outside and expecially inside is obvious upon inspection. We have not lost power since the installtion, but are actually looking forward to it as crazy as that may sound. No more extension cords is somehting that Im looking forward to not having to do any longer. Will recommend to all neighbors, family, and friends. This is also a great additon to the value of our home.

As a single mom of two youngsters in CT, after the storms and snow we’ve had here the last few years, I had to consider a backup power source when we moved into our “new” 45 yr old home last year. Just tonight, I sat through dinner with my kids as the power went out due to high winds from a nor’easter - within seconds everything came back on and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Power was just restored 10 minutes ago and transferred seamlessly back and the generator shut itself off. I just had a 22kW whole House Generator installed by TADCO Electrical Contractors. Tim Davis did an outstanding job of sizing my requirements, installing the generator, and demonstrating its use after installation. A turn key operation all the way. I highly recommend TADCO if you are interested in a Generac in Central Florida.

This generator is perfect for us. Will power all of the major loads in our home. Most importantly, Bear Rock Electric did a fantastic job coordinating all of the external requirements (Permits, Inspections, and Propane contractor) so that the install was done in a day. We are very pleased with the system.

We lost power less than 24 hours after our generator was installed. After 25 years of many ,many power outages caused by trees falling all over Atlanta and taking out the power lines, we were so thrilled to have instant back up power like most of our neighbors. No more searching for lanterns and remembering to charge up phones and iPads with each approaching storm This Generator makes us so happy !! Sorry we waited so long!

I have been contenplating either solar or generator for a while now. I got an estimate for both and decided for the generac because of the words of other people I know, the looks of the unit, other reviews, and the installing company information. I also have used the installation company for other work in my home and the employees have been professional, polite, courteous, leave a clean work site when completed, and were on time.

Recently installed 22K generator on new residential construction and finalized hookup with electrician and plumber on July 1. When I asked if they were going to get it set up they both said they just install their part and said to call Generac. I called customer support this morning, July 2 and when I told this wonderful lady what I needed, she said we can do this over the phone. We registered the unit and she was very professional in getting the information and where to find it. I then went outside to the generator and she walked me thru the set up in a matter of minutes. She then reminded me if I need anything else, we're here for you 24/7. What a great experience and greater customer service. Hats off to Generac for this outstanding customer service representative.

I'm an engineer for the DoD and we have been using Generac products for years on our builds so I know first hand the quality and dependability. We've only had our home unit for a few months now but it's nice to have that peace of mind should a hurricane or storm come our way. Definitely worth the investment.
