I'm an engineer for the DoD and we have been using Generac products for years on our builds so I know first hand the quality and dependability. We've only had our home unit for a few months now but it's nice to have that peace of mind should a hurricane or storm come our way. Definitely worth the investment.

We have had 4 major power outages since the first of the year. We searched the internet for different manufactures of home standby generator systems and decided that Generac was the best value. Its appearance is good and we were pleased with the Generac certified technicians who did the installation.

We just had our 18kw, whole house, wi-fi enabled Gererac generator installed and couldn't be more pleased with the Generac unit, its easy to understand features, the peace of mind in knowing that we now have electrical outage restoration reliability sitting in our back yard like an electrical guardian! The installers, Woody, Tom and Jeff were absolutely professional and competent in all phases of their work and were not at all deterred by a cold, rainy and windy installation day. This team was incredible as they explained each phase of the process, and took the time to answer all our questions with clarity. All their work places were cleaned up when completed and the explanation of all phases of operation and maintenance was explained, in clear detail, by Jeff and left my wife, Deb, and I very confident that we choose the right company, Home Power Systems, the best Generator, Generac, as well as having the installation by the best team of installers. A very worthwhile investment for peace of mind!

We just got our Generac 24kW whole house generator installed. The professional installers were great. The generator itself is sleek looking and ran smoothly during it first weekly test run. The maintenance is easy, the sound is quieter than a lot in our neighborhood. We feel so confident with our Generac generator.

For years we have fought through Florida hurricanes and thunderstorms that knockout power for various periods of time. Now, finally, we have our whole-house Generac and couldn't be happier. Just having the peace of mind knowing we will never be without power is worth the investment.

We love our whole house generator so now we don't have to worry about being without power. We upgraded the WIFI feature to cellular service for WIFI so that we don't even have to rely on our home WIFI. The warranty on the generator is great and gives us lots of peace of mind. If something goes wrong , the company can look at the generator remotely at any time and diagnosis the problem quickly. Great Product and highly recommended.

Got my generator installed on October 22. I have lost power 4 times between then and may of 22. Worked great every time. My only complaint is that you pay a lot of money for these units and you shouldn't have to pay a monthly fee to get access to the app. Generac should include the app free with the unit
