The Generic 14kw Guardian series generator is the right model for my home. Great features include the automatic switch over to generator mode, easy to understand display panel, and a Wi-Fi enabled. This is was purchased to supply power to the entire house. The local authorized dealer was easy to deal with and the staff knows the product line well. I am happy with the purchase and installation.

I've been reviewing and researching whole home generators for years and have always came back to Generac's 70432 22kw. The reviews for this model are outstanding everywhere it is sold. Finally, I bought one and had it installed a month ago and have used it 3 times in 1 month! Absolutely was perfect! I have a 2 story 2200 sq ft home and everything runs with this baby. Comes on seconds after power failure. Best investment of my life. Should have gotten this little love years ago. Thank You Generac for making such a great machine!

I replaced a small generator with a new 24kW Generac. The WiFi connection took an old person a little time and effort. But it is connected and ready to run. I no longer will have to worry about being without power. The auto start and transfer switch will be great. Not that I want to have a power outage. But we are ready for it when it happens, and it will.

We live in an area where power outages happen. We are rural and are always the last group to get power restored. We invested in the Generac system last year (2022) after we experienced another power outage. I have 8 large fish aquariums and being without power is not acceptable. This year (2023-Feb) we experienced some of the highest winds in our history. Power was out for us for 5 days. Our Generac kicked on within 30 seconds of power outage and ran without pause for 5 days. When power was returned the transition was so seamless, my clocks never even stopped.

We had to wait a year for this generator to be installed but are so happy with it. It was put to good use less than a week after install when a storm went through and power was out for about 18 hours. All our neighbors were jealous as it was in the 90's. Most of all it gives you peace of mind that if you are out of town or traveling that everything continues to run while you are away, especially if you live where there are freezing temps in the winter.

we live in a rural area, and several times a year have power outages lasting 1-2 weeks, with one outage lasting 3 weeks! My portable generator was ok, but costs $30.00/day for gas, and I had to get up in the middle of the night to fill it up. Installation was completed and unit tested at 10 am on 7/20/18. Literally minutes after, it came on automatically to the surprise of the installer who rechecked everything and stated "it's acting like you have a real power outage". And checking the neighbor's houses and calling Duke Energy, that was the fact. It ran for 6.5 hours and functioned flawlessly from startup to shutdown. It really saved the day. It was an unbelievable coincidence but gave me instant confidence in the product. With temperatures in the mid to upper 80's, this really saved the day and made me so glad I decided to purchase it and even gladder that it was installed and operational just in time.

We tried to face quite a few Hurricane Seasons with A Gasoline Generator and Solar back up. Both were not adequate. Also living in a contry setting, all electric includin Well for water and freeze up happening in the winter we decided it was time to be really ready. The demonstration after hook up enforced our faith that we should not have to worry any more.

Roy is an authorized Generac installer and Service professional who did what he said he would, met his commitments, and is very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of the generator and its installation. He performed a full turn key installation and bet out the pricing of all others I had received quotes from. He also provides service support on the generator. I would recommend him.
