Of the home improvements I have made over the past 20 years, the Generac generator is at the top of the list for reliability, dependability, workmanship and an overall feeling of being secure during bad storms, winter, and general outages. I could not be more satisfied with it's performance and the overall addition to my home's value. A great investment for every homeowner that pays off over and over again. The unit was just installed a few days ago so it is too early to know how it will work or fare over time but it seems very well made. My focus of this review is to laud the HPS installation crew of Woodie, Steve and Jeff who were knowledgeable, neat and personable. They completed the work in less than one day and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend HPS!

I recently had 22kw unit installed. All is good but have not suffered a power outage yet, only a couple of simulated outages during acceptance testing. It is quieter than expected. I am not happy that remote monitoring is available only thru cell phone connection and not thru wifi. We cannot get cell signal here like many generator users in remote areas. What were their engineers thinking?

JACOB, SUPERVISOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED WITH ME TO ENSURE THE INSTALLATION WAS PER MY DESIRES. WE HAD A COMPLETE POWER FAILURE A WEEK AGO, AND MY WHOLE HOUSE 26KW WAS ON LINE AND RUNNING SMOOTHLY IN JUST 5 SECONDS AND POWERED EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE. GREAT PRODUCT.

Our dealer,Findlay Generator Systems, carefully analyzed our needs with us and within a week our kw22 was installed and working. While we have not yet had a power outage, our Generac tests itself every Wednesday and it's comforting to know that, regardless whether we are home or away, the house essentially protects itself from harm. We should have bought one a long time ago!

In a rural setting it's common for trees along the road to fall and interrupt power. The GENERAC automatic stand-by generator system can produce enough wattage to supply household power sufficient to maintain refrigeration, lights, air conditioning, TV and internet connection automatically. This is huge when living in, and surviving, power outages that can last weeks during storms with extreme heat and humidity in sub tropical Florida. In many areas, such as mine with acreage, it typically means some level of self reliance, so from a trade standpoint, (as an electrician) I found this unit relatively easy to install and connect to my existing utility power system.

The most prominent feature of our 24kw generator is the peace of mind that it carries. Had ours installed by Mr. Watts Electrical following the recent cold snap here in North Texas. They had units in stock where other installers were 4-7 months out. The installation was done by one of Mr. Watts Electrical team of professional plumbers and electricians. Both my wife and I are pleased and highly recommend this product.

they came to my house no problem no crap just a perfect job all the way around. they came on time cleaned after them self's and were gone in 5.5 hours the city inspector said the electric was some of the best he has ever seen.from the saleman to the job 100 stars.

I live in Southern Ontario, Canada, where the winters can get chilly and snowstorms are frequent. With all the talk in the media ref massive Grid Outages, I decided to have this model installed. As I live alone, I have no problem powering my whole house, if required. I do have Natural Gas: Furnace, Hot Water tank, Fireplace and BBQ; the Genny also runs off of Natural Gas. The install team was friendly and very professional, and their work was neat and tidy. Although I have not had any outages yet, it does give me peace of mind...
