Amazing the ease of Installation. The Smart Management Modules were easily installed and what a great idea. Very versatile design that covered several requirements in our installation. Open the lid on the Generator and quality is noticed immediately. Even making maintenance easy and simple was designed into the product.

Had this installed last week right before Hurricane Irma came thru Florida. Was the only house in neighborhood that had power thru out the entire storm. Had AC, hot water, stove and all lights and outlets working. Even had pool pump running. (All other pools in neighborhood turned black or green) Had neighbors plugging extension cords into our outlets to run Refrigerators and a neighbor running his wife oxygen machine from our house. Best investment we've ever made. All my neighbors now have my installers name and number and i'm sure they will be calling!!!!

As part of the purchasing process of Generac whole home generators. Certified Generac installers should be contracted to install the generators. Electrician and Plumbers can hook the generators up correctly. But if there's an issue with the generators and aren't functional or will not star. They will not have the knowledge to identify the problem in order to get the generators repaired. Fyi, that's issue I faced. It took almost a month after purchasing to get my 26kw functioning properly.

I've had my Generator installed for about a year now. It got it's 19 hour hot summer workout that just ended. What a great investment is my main thought right now! I was able to help out neighbors with phone charging, refrigerator use and for a while until internet provider co. went offline, even that. I was gently teased for not trusting the electric company's tree trimming to take care of our neighborhood's frequent outage issues in the past. Who's laughing now? This first time usage has totally assured me that this product performs as promised. Extremely happy customer.

Just had our generator installed last week. Can't say enough good things about the installation process. It ran like clockwork; the people were here right on time and they were professional yet friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They left the area cleaner than they found it. More business would benefit from their fine example.

We had our Generac Generator installed yesterday May the 8, 2017 and the guys who installed it were very helpful with answering all questions. We loose power quite often and this will help so not having to run around in the dark and can still cook and what ever we need to do without loss of power.

We just purchased a 22k generator for our home. So excited to know that living near the gulf of Mexico during hurricane season that we will not be without electricity because of our Generac. It was easily installed and very easy to set up the settings. But more that anything its a peace of mind that we no longer have to worry about being without lights for days or weeks at a time.

After living thru hurricane Sandy, this generator will provide a sense of security knowing that heat /AC Will not be lost and food will not go bad in the fridge and freezer. My Generac was just installed on 1/13/2022. I have not had a power outage since then. It has run its Self Test as scheduled. I now have peace of mind. I live in a suburb of New Orleans and lose power due to hurricanes and other storms. Just lately, we had to evacuate for Hurricane Ida. We were away from home for a week hoping that we would see power restored. When we returned home we did not have power yet. The house was very hot and it was another ten days before power was restored. It would have been great to have my Generac at that time. Hopefully future hurricanes will be easier to deal with.
