This unit replaced an older generator and doubled the wattage. The Power Management features permit the monitoring of our entire 300 amp service vs. 16 dedicated circuits previously. It's quieter, has a smaller footprint and the wireless module keeps me and our servicing company in constant touch.

We are extremely pleased with our whole house Generac generator. We have had it 8 months and it has over 100 hours of usage. It has been an extremely reliable, dependable, quality generator. This was the best purchase decison we could have made for our home.

This is my second Generac over the last 13 years. Besides the one malfunction I had on my last generac both generators haven't missed a lick. Very dependable! I would buy another one if needed. And would recommend this generator to anyone! Thanks for everything!

Less than two weeks after having our whole house generator installed, a wind storm passed through our state and knocked out our power for three days. Having two 80+ year old in-laws with medical conditions living with us made the power provided by the generator a literal life saver. I would highly recommend the Generac generator. My wife says it is the best investment that we have made in the last 25 years.

I can only respond to the monthly start-ups and the comfort of having it in place for outages. I have not needed for any amount of time yet and can only hope it stands up to its first test under fire ;) The remote access / smart phone option should be standard equipment...its 2017..someelse will beat you to the punch and steal some of your business, you need to stay on top! We had days of power outage after Hermine. Had to throw out a lot of food and endure the heat. We also were without water, as we are on a well. It was a miserable time. I decided then to get a generator. I checked around and this one was what everyone recommended. Since installation, we lost power for a couple of hours. It fired up immediately and we felt secure. Glad we got it.

The first time I needed my generator, thee was a problem with "hunting" for the core ct RPM. I called a local dealer for repairs. He adjusted fuel mix, and said the problem was resolved. The next start up, I had the same issue. This time, he replaced the mixer. Weeks later, there was a loud buzzing fr the mixer. Once again. I got a new mixer. Problem solved, for now.

Our Generac was installed and ready to go before a hurricane hit our city. Thankfully, we had it just in time as we were without electricity for 5 days. Needless to say, our Generac did not miss a beat, went on flawlessly when we lost electricity and off when it went back on. We would recommend a Generac to anyone who has experienced being without electricity, for whatever reason, or for any length of time.

Shortly after our Generator was installed Hurricane Matthew swept up the coast of Florida. It came very close to Melbourne and knocked out power to a large portion of our community. We lost power in the middle of the night. The generator came on line and electrical power was returned in a matter of minutes. Many of our neighbors lost all the food in their refrigerator and were without power for 2 to 3 days. We had no disruption in our house. Our daughters family came to stay with us for 2 days as they lost power. Our generator worked great.

Very pleased with the product and service at this point. Has been installed for nearly two months, only run during scheduled test periods. All ratings are based on performance and service during this period. I have no reason to think things will change. G. Smith
